Beautiful Countryside:

This place looks like the Garden of Eden. From behind some trees Hunter
and Colleen appear in normal canis familiaris form. They happily chase
each other through the countryside. They come to a rather steep hill
that leads up to a group of trees. Colleen barks at Hunter.

Colleen:"How about a race, luv?"

Hunter:"I would love to."

They start running up the hill. Halfway up Hunter loses his footing and
rolls harmlessly down the hill. Colleen gets to the top and turns towards
Hunter, who is at the bottom of the hill.

Colleen:"Looks like I won, Huntie Wun..."

Suddenly the sounds of shots can be heard from the trees. Several green
lasers and one blue laser go straight through Colleen. Hunter watches
in horror as Colleen's body rolls down the hill to his feet.

Hunter:"COLLEEN!!!"

He runs up to her and tries to help, but she is already gone.

Voice (from behind):"You are next, Hunter."

Hunter turns around and gasps. Coming down the hill is Stalker and several
Lambda Troopers. They wear metallic black suits that are shaped in a way
that gives it a sleek appearance. They all have Gravatium Guns while 
Stalker has a Zinca Laser Chaingun. They aim their weapons at him.

Stalker:"You should have listened to us in that dream in Colombia."

Stalker and the Lambda Troopers open fire on Hunter. He screams.

Hunter's Quarters, Road Rover Mission Control, 24 August, 3:01 AM:

Hunter gets up from his bed, screaming loudly and sweating heavily.
He quickly turns on the light and looks around. Stalker and the 
Lambda Troopers are nowhere to be seen. Suddenly the door is opened
and several guns are pointed at him. Striker, Illanov, Colleen, 
Blitz, Exile, Dylan and Cobber are all aiming at him.

Colleen:"Are you all right, Huntie Wuntie?"

Cobber:"Look at him, mates. He's as white as a sheet."

Dylan:"What happened, Hunter?"

Blitz:"He looks just like he had looked after that dream in Colombia."

Hunter:"And it was just as awful."

Illanov:"I'll say, comrade. You look nasty."

Striker:"Did you have that same dream again?"

Hunter:"No, but it had the same wolf-sapien general."

Colleen:"Tell us what you had seen, luv."

Hunter proceeds to tell about what he had seen. When he stops he turns
to Colleen.

Hunter:"I really thought I had lost you, Colleen. It scared me to death."

Colleen:"Why Huntie. I didn't know you cared."

Elexis, Shag and the Master come into Hunter's room.

Master:"Everyone okay here?"

Exile:"Everything is doky oky, Master. Hunter just had a bad dreamski."

Striker:"Who was this wolf-sapien you saw?"

Hunter:"It was that Stalker guy."

Striker:"Stalker."

The Master turns to Elexis.

Master:"Elexis, do you know who this Stalker guy is?"

Elexis:"Yes, he is the Supreme General of the KH Military...And he is
        also my father." 

Everyone:"Your father???"

Elexis:"Actually, my adopted father."

Striker:"Even after all these years I never knew that Stalker had a 
         daughter."

Master:"You know Stalker?"

Striker:"Yes, he was Franco's second-in-command during his reign as 
         Supreme General of the KH Military. I'm rather embarrassed to
         say this, but I was the one who helped bring Stalker to power."

Elexis:"Indeed. He used your hatred to Franco for his own ends."

Striker:"But I did manage to defeat Stalker, for the meantime, and I
         made you all vanish. The question is: where?"

Elexis:"I don't think I should tell."

Illanov:"Come on, comrade. We know about those strange crystals we found
         in Malcolm's Demutation Shotgun. They definitely are NOT from  
         this planet."

Cobber:"And their weaponry are WAY too advanced, mate."
  
Blitz:"Yah, so spill the beans."

Everyone looks at Elexis, she sighs.

Elexis:"That's the problem. Two months ago my father became aware of 
        my admiration of you Road Rovers and he had Tesla wipe my
        memory out. Everything that had happened between the day 
        Striker last confronted Stalker and those two months ago were
        gone." 

Dylan:"Basically an insurance for the KH Military's secrets."

Elexis:"You might say that, yes."

Shag takes out a book, opens to a page and begins to write in it.

Cobber:"What's that you got there?"

Shag mumbles something.

Exile:"Shagster says it is villain score sheet. He has been keeping 
       track of all baddies since we were first created."

Colleen:"Can I see that, guv?"

Shag:"Rha."

Shag hands the book to Colleen. She reads it.

Colleen:"Blimey! The KH Military has racked up a score high enough to 
         get them into the top ten! Their leader, Stalker, is now ranked
         third, just below Parvo and Grendle."

Dylan:"In three months? That has got to be a new record. From an unknown
       in June to 'Rover Enemy Number Three' in August the same year."

Blitz yawns.

Blitz:"Can we go to bed yet? I'm sleepy."

Master:"Good idea, Blitz. We'll talk further in the morning."

Everyone but Dylan and Colleen leave Hunter's room. Colleen and Dylan
remain by Hunter.

Dylan:"How are you feeling now, buddy?"

Hunter:"I'm fine now, thanks."

Dylan:"You sure?"

Hunter:"Very. Now go to sleep."

Dylan:"Okay."

Dylan leabes the room. Colleen remains by Hunter's side.

Colleen:"Do you need anything, Huntie Wuntie?"

Hunter looks at Colleen for a moment, then he hugs her. She hugs back.

Hunter:"Oh, Colleen. I love you so much that if something were to ever
        happen to you I would die."

Colleen:"I feel the same way towards you, luv."

They stop hugging and Colleen leaves the room. Hunter turns off the 
lights and goes back to sleep.

Briefing Room, 7:07 AM:

Everyone but Hunter and the Master are here, waiting for their next
mission. Hunter then walks in, but he looks bad. Everyone looks at
him.

Dylan:"Hunter, are you okay?"

Rune:"You look like you had a rough night."

Hunter rubs his eyes.

Hunter:"I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. That dream kept coming
        back to me."

Blitz:"Awww. What a shame."

Zudnick elbows Blitz in the stomach. Elexis walks up to Hunter, a 
needle at the ready. 

Elexis:"Hold still. This will make you feel better."

Hunter:"You sure?"

Elexis doesn't answer and injects a serum into his neck. Once she takes
the needle out he rubs his neck for a moment. 

Elexis:"How do you feel now?"

Hunter looks up, much more refreshed.

Hunter:"Hey, I'm feeling better now. Thanks."

Elexis:"You're welcome."

Hubert leans over to Canis.

Hubert:"Remind me that, when they come back, we ask Elexis if we can
        analyse those serums her medical unit has."

Canis:"Sure thing."

The Master appears on the balcony.

Master:"Gather round, Rovers. We have a problem on our hands."

Everyone walk up to the balcony.

Exile:"We always have problemski on our feet."

Master:"Er...Yes, Exile. And this one is no different. Major Cadwell 
        called me this morning. While being transferred Parvo and the
        Groomer were freed."

Colleen:"Don't tell me the KH Military got them out!"

Master:"Fortunately no, Colleen. Fluffy, Dalmat and the remaining Cano-
        Mutants broke them free. They got away to one of Parvo's secret
        bases. However, this one is so secret that we don't know of its 
        exact location in the country it is in."

Illanov:"In which country is that?"

Master:"South Africa."

Upon hearing the name Striker begins to sweat heavily. Dylan notices this
and turns to Striker.

Dylan:"Is something wrong?"

Everyone then also realises Striker's sweating.

Striker:"Oh...er...nothing. I'm...just....er..."

Hubert:"You're scared, aren't you my boy?"

Striker:"Well....Ja, sort of."

Hubert:"Of what?"

Illanov:"Give him a rest. He's probably scared of meeting those farmers
         who made him a slave, comrade."  

Striker:"Ja...Ja...That is what I am afraid of..."

Hunter:"Don't worry. With us by your side those farmers won't get anywhere
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 w will we find him?"

Master:"Donavan Bell and Digit know where he is. They are both in one of
        the Gen-Par Industries office buildings in Cape Town. Capture 
        them to find out where Parvo might be. Once you know where he is  
        capture him and bring him back to the US."  

Hunter:"Consider it done, Master."

He then turns to the others.

Hunter:"Let's hit the road, Rovers!"

They all howl as they head for the hangar.

Surface, 7:16 AM:

The hangar door opens and the TurboJet Rover, Rhino and Sonic Rover 
fly out and towards their destination.

Detention Center, 9:33 AM:

Jordyn and several guards walk into the detention center, one of them
carrying some food. Jordyn turns towards Sky's cell. He is still asleep
under the covers. A guard turns off the cell bars and the one carrying
Sky's food puts the plate down on the table.

Jordyn:"Breakfast time, Sky. Get up and eat."

There is no response.

Jordyn:"Come on, lazybones. The sun is high in the sky."

There is still no response. Jordyn walks up the bed.

Jordyn:"If you don't get up I'll make you."

Yet again, no response. Out of frustration Jordyn grabs the covers 
and pulls them off. She and the other guards gasp. Under the covers 
is another guard, dead.

Guard:"I would not have predicted this!"

Jordyn:"Sound the alarm, NOW!"

One guard goes to an alarm box and activates it. A blaring siren 
can be heard throughout Mission Control.

Announcer:"Warning. Prisoner Sky has escaped from detention center.
           All personnel on red alert."

Soon all of the personnel are in search of Sky. In the briefing room
Jordyn was talking to the Master.

Master:"Escaped? How?"

Jordyn:"I don't how he managed to kill the guard, open his cell, then
        get away without anybody knowing."  

Hubert and Canis rush into the briefing room and up to the Master.

Canis:"Master! Somebody has broken into the lab!"

Hubert:"The Demutation Shotgun and Crysillis Crystals are gone and all
        the documents about them have been destroyed!"

Jordyn:"It had to be Sky!"

Master:"Search this place from top to bottom. If he gets out of here
        the KH Military will know where we are!"

Jordyn:"Yes, sir!"

Jordyn runs off and joins the other personnel in the search.

Somewher over Atlantic Ocean, 10:01 AM:

The Rhino, Sonic and TurboJet Rover continue to fly onward. Inside
everyone was doing something to pass the time. Unbeknown to them
under the vehicles' control panels some of the wires have been cut.

Cape Town, South Africa, 2:31 PM:

The city skyline is placed against the backdrop of Table Mountain. In
a parking lot near the harbour the TurboJet and Sonic Rover has landed.
The Rovers get the Street and Cycle Rovers out. Hunter and Colleen,
Dylan and Rune get on the Cycle Rovers; Exile, Blitz, Zudnick, Shag
and Muzzle get into the Street Rover; Striker, Illanov, Elexis and
Cobber are in the Rhino. They begin to drive towards an information
center in the harbour area. Hunter, Striker, Dylan and Exile walk
into the office. Behind the desk is a rather old man wearing a hat
with an "I" on it for information. He turns to the Rovers.

Man:"Well, I'll be! The famous Road Rovers! Welcome to our fair city
     of Cape Town. How can I help you?"

Hunter:"Yes, we need some information."

Man:"That is what I'm here for. Do you want to know where one can get
     the best reservations? Or where all the city's famous landmarks    
     are? Or when the ferry leaves for Robben Island, where Nelson 
     Mandela was prisoner?" 

Striker:"Actually, we need to know where the Gen-Par Industries offices
         are located."

The man looks at Striker for a second, then answers.

Man:"Gen-Par, eh? Their offices are really in Simonstown."

Dylan:"Where is Simonstown?"

Striker:"I know where it is. We just need to know where the offices
         are."

Exile turns to the man.

Exile:"Can you give us directions?"

Man:"Sure."

The man then begins to tell the Rovers which direction to go. Afterwards
he hands them some maps to Dylan.

Man:"These maps will help you. I've also included a map of South Africa."

Hunter:"Thank you very much, sir."

Man:"You're welcome. And remember to pay attention to our 'Arrive Alive'
     campaign."   

Exile:"'Arive Alive?'"

Man:"It is a program to help minimise accidents on our roads."

Hunter:"Thanks for the tip."

Man:"Any time."

The Rovers leave the office and climb back into/onto their vehicles. 
They drive just as the man's assistant walks in. He had been watching
the scene from the store room.

Assistant:"Can you believe it? The Road Rovers, in our office asking
           for information! Do you know what this means?"

Man:"I know, but..."

Assistant:"But what?"

Man:"That cocker spaniel. I'm sure I've seen him before."

Assistant:"Probably in the news. The papers are full of them."

Man:"No, I'm mean him before we knew about the Road Rovers."

He then turns to the assistant.

Man:"Try to find the boxes where we keep our old newspapers."

Assistant:"Sure, boss."

The assistant walks into the store room while the man continues to think
about when he had seen Striker.

Gen-Par Inc. Offices, Simonstown, 2:49 PM:

These are just basic two-story offices in the town. The town is located 
just outside the Cape Town city limits in False Bay. On the front of the
building stands the initials "GEN-PAR INC". Inside, and seen to people
outside, are several Cano-Mutants. In one office is Digit and Donavan
Bell (from "The Dog Who Knew Too Much"). Digit is busy checking on the
financial status of Parvo's company while Donavan was reading a list
showing the invoices of trucks carrying dogs to Parvo's base.

Digit:"Looking good. These financial indicators show promise for the
       company."

Donavan:"Great. They need to cover the costs of transportation of all
         these mutts."

Outside the Rovers were gathering around the entrance. Zudnick and Dylan
and standing on both sides of the door. Dylan and Zudnick knocks and a 
Cano-mutant opens the door. He is immediately greeted by a foot in the 
face by Colleen as she gives him a karate kick.

Colleen:"Ricky Harris!"

The Cano-mutant flies into the wall and the Rovers rush in. More Cano-
mutants appear, but Exile freezes them before they could react. 

Exile:"Cano-mutant icelollies."

They make their way to the office door. Zudnick kicks the door down.
Digit and Donavan see the Rovers.

Donavan:"Can't you knock properly like other people?"

Hunter:"Where is Parvo?"

Digit:"I'm not talking!"

Donavan takes out a machine gun, but before he can fire Rune uses her
hypnosis on him.

Rune:"Drop the gun, dirtbag."

Donavan does as he is told and lets the machine fall on the floor. The
Rovers walk up and begin to tie both of them up. Cobber uses the office
phone to call the police while Blitz and Illanov interrogate Digit and
Donavan.

Illanov:"Where is Parvo?"

Donavan:"Oh, I don't know. New Orleans perhaps?"

Illanov:"You're lying."

Donavan:"I know."

Blitz:"Then I'll make you tell the truth."

Blitz turns to Shag and whispers something into his ear (or where it's 
supposed to be). Shag digs around and then takes out a surgical clamp. 
He hands it to Blitz and he turns to Donavan. Illanov looks confused
at the clamp.

Illanov:"What are you going to with that, comrade?"

Blitz looks at Donavan.

Blitz:"Mind if we see that gold tooth of yours?"

Donavan:"Sure. I love showing my tooth off."

He smiles, revealing his teeth. One of them is made of solid gold. 
Illanov looks at the tooth, then at the clamp.

Illanov:"Oh. You want to play 'dentist, dentist', comrade?"

Blitz:"Yah. I love that game."

Donavan realizes what Blitz is going to do. He quickly closes his
mouth, But Illanov comes up and forces his mouth open.

Illanov:"Open wide!"

Blitz brings the clamp to Donavan's mouth.

Blitz:"That little toothy must go, go, go!"

Donavan:"Okay! I gi u! I wi kell you!"

Illanov lets go of his mouth and Blitz pulls the clamp away. The other
Rovers walk up to him.

Donavan:"I don't know where Parvo's base really is. All I know is that
         a convoy carrying dogs are on their way to the base. If you
         follow it, it will lead to Parvo's base."

Hunter:"And where is this convoy?"

Donavan:"Though I don't know where it really is, I do know that it will
         make an overnight stop in a city on the route in three days 
         time."

Cobber:"What is the name of the city?"

Donavan:"Bloemfontein."

Hunter turns to Striker.

Hunter:"Do you know where it is, Striker?"

Striker:"Yes, I do. Shag."

Shag takes out the map, hands it to Striker and he unfolds it. He points
at the city nearly in the middle of the map.

Striker:"That's Bloemfontein."

Some police officers rush into the office. They notice the Rovers.

Officer:"The Road Rovers. Did you call us?"

Hunter:"Yes. We need your help to keep these two humans and the Cano-
        mutants here on ice. Can you lend a hand?"

Officer:"Sure thing."

He indicates to the other officers and they take Digit, Donavan and the
Cano-mutants into custody. They are all loaded into prison vans. The
Rovers then begin to drive back towards their aircraft.

Information Office, at that moment:

The man and his assistant are reading through some old newspapers. The
assistant then sees something and shows it at the man. They both look
at it, then at each other.

Man:"I knew it!"

Assistant:"What do we do?"

Man:"We call the police, that's what we will do."

The man goes to a phone and dials a number. While he talks one can see
the paper lying on the counter. It has turned yellow from age. On a 
section called "Crime Watch" is a picture of Striker.

Intercity Highway, 3:04 PM:

There are few cars on the road at this time of day. The Rovers continue
onward. As they drive Shag is a busy taking picture of Table Mountain
while everyone but Striker is admiring it.

Rune:"Beautiful, isn't it?"

Hunter:"Yeah. All that is needed is a Chair Mountain."

Cobber:"Funny, Hunter."

Hunter:"Why thank you."

Cobber rolls his eyes. Elexis notices that Striker is a bit tense.

Elexis:"Striker?"

Striker:"Ja?"

Elexis:"Something seems to be worrying you." 

Striker:"You are right. I am worrying."

Colleen:"Don't worry, guv. Those farmers won't touch you."

Striker:"Actually, I was lying somewhat. I'm not really afraid of
         the farmers." 

Everyone is taken back.

Zudnick:"If not the farmers, what then?"

Striker looks into his rear view mirror, his eyes widen. Behind them
several squad cars were rapidly coming towards them. The other notice
this as well.

Dylan:"Oh. You think you are coming to get you because you exceeded the
       speed limit."

Striker:"Nee, not that! They want to..."

The squads cars, having caught up with them, pull alongside the Rhino. 
An officer calls them over the radio.

Officer:"Striker! This is the Cape Town Police! Pull over to the side  
         of the road, turn off you engine and put your hands in the 
         air!"

Everyone looks at Striker, shocked.

Blitz:"This is a joke, right?"

Striker:"It's no joke, Blitz. They DO want to arrest me!"

Striker puts his foot down on the accelerator, the Rhino speeds away
from the Street and Cycle Rovers, the squad cars in hot pursuit of 
it.

Hunter:"Yet another unexpected twist! Bummer!"

Dylan:"What do we do now? Do we aid Striker or the police?"

Zudnick:"I think we should aid Striker. He will be able to explain what
         is going on." 

Exile:"I secondski that, comrade!"

Hunter:"Then let's roll!"

They also speed in an attempt to catch with the Rhino and the squad 
cars, who have gotten a considerable distance ahead. The squad cars
try to force the Rhino off the road, but it manages to stay ahead
of them. Illanov looks at Striker.

Illanov:"Comrade, what is going on?"

Striker:"What you see behind us is the reason why I sweated so much
         back at Mission Control!"

Elexis:"What did you do?"

Striker:"I was blamed for a crime I did not commit, and now they want
         my head!"  

Cobber:"What crime is that?"

Striker:"I will tell you later! Right now I'm trying not to get us 
         caught!"

As they continue the Street and Cycle Rovers catch up with the Rhino
while more squad cars join in the chase. Shag takes out his rocket
launcher, but Zudnick stops him. 

Zudnick:"Nyet, Shag. We cannot use that."

Shag:"Huh?"

Zudnick:"We are the good guys. We cannot shoot at law enforcers."

Shag:"Roh! Rhight!"

He puts the missile launcher away. Hunter radios Striker.

Hunter:"Striker! Go into fly mode!"

Striker:"Haven't you been paying attention, Hunter? The Rhino cannot
         go into fly mode while moving on the ground!"

Hunter:"Bummer!"

They continue to speed onward, closely followed by the large group of
squad cars. They get onto the elevated highways that run along the 
harbour. Striker then notices something and grins.

Striker:"Better buckle up! I just had a wild idea!"

Cobber:"What, mate?"

Striker:"You'll see."

They continue on the highway, taking off-raps to the other highways.
After a while they come to a blockade of k-rails. The Rhino simply
goes straight through them. Striker turns to Cobber.

Striker:"You were asking about my wild idea, né?"

Cobber:"Yeah."

Striker points further down the highway. A kilometre or so the highway
ends in a cul de sac over a busy intersection below it.

Striker:"They were building this highway, but they ran out of funds
         for it. And now we are going to use it to get airborne." 

Blitz:"Are you sure about this?"

Colleen:"He's right, Blister. Besides, we can't turn back because 
         of all those bobbies following us."  

Hunter:"Prepare to fly, Rovers!"

Blitz and Shag begin to pray. They smash through the last k-rails 
before leaping in thin air off the end of the highway. While in the
air the Rhino, Street and the Cycle Rovers go into fly mode. On the
end of the highway stands the police cars, their occupants stunned 
at the sight. The Rovers go to the parking lot, get into the aircraft
and take off just as more squad cars arrive. They quickly fly away.
Inside everyone looks at Striker.

Rune:"Let's hear it, Striker."

Colleen:"You can't hide the past this time, guv."

Striker sighs.

Striker:"You're right. Too much is known now. Might as well tell
         you everything." 

Blitz:"Yah. Out with it, Judas."

Striker:"It will help if we go to the source of my problems."

Cobber:"What's the source?"

Striker takes the map of South Africa and points at the southern coast
of the country.

Striker:"Near the town of George should be a large estate. We must go
         there if my past is to be truly revealed."

Hunter:"Yeah. And besides, we need a place to hide for three days from
        the police before we go after the convoy."

They fly onward towards George.

Voster Estate, Near George, 6:13 PM:

This is large plot of land with a mansion. The building is in a state
of decay, but the garden is well kept. The Sonic and TurboJet Rover
land in an open part of the estate. Everyone climbs out, Striker looks
at the mansion.

Striker:"Home again."

Dylan:"Is this your home?"

Striker:"Ja, I was born here. This is the Voster family's estate. It is 
         a shame to see in such a sta..."

Voice:"Hello?"

Everyone looks into the direction of where the voice was coming from. 
Standing in a pathway is an old black man. His face is wrinkled and his
hair is white from age. Striker gasps.

Striker:"Maska?"

Maska:"Gerard Voster?"

Striker runs up to Maska. They both shake hands.

Striker:"Maska! Good to see you!"

Maska:"Master Gerard! I thought we'd never see you again!"

Striker and Maska stop shaking hands and Striker looks confused at him.

Striker:"Wait a minute, Maska. How did you know my real name?" 

Maska:"Well, I..."

Hunter:"What is going on here?"

Striker turns to the others.

Striker:"Guys, meet Maska. The caretaker of the gardens here. Maska, meet
         the Road Rovers."

Maska:"The Road Rovers? I'm honoured to meet you!"

They all introduce each other. When they are finished Elexis looks at 
Striker.           

Elexis:"Just one thing, Striker. Why does he call you Gerard Voster?"

Striker:"Now that we are here, I can explain everything..."

A thunderclap can be heard. Everyone looks up and sees dark clouds 
above them.

Maska:"It is going to rain. Let's go into the mansion. You can tell
       them your story, Master Gerard."

Striker:"Good idea, Maska. But please, just call me Striker."

Maska:"Ja, master Striker."

Striker rolls his eyes as they run into the mansion.

Living room, Voster Mansion, 6:20 PM:

The interior of the mansion, unlike the exterior, is well kept.  
There are expensive furniture and paintings, a fire burns in the
fireplace as everyone drinks tee. They are all seated. Outside
it has begun to rain.

Hunter:"Right, Striker. You can tell us what is going on."

Striker takes a sip of tee, then begins.

Striker:"My name really isn't Striker. It really is Gerard Voster.
         I was born as a human into the family. My parents and my
         older brother and sister as well as Maksa looked after me
         and schooled me. About twenty-four years ago my brother
         was to get married. That is where all this h*** began." 

He takes a deep breath, then continues.

Striker:"My brother was a financial agent. Unknown to him or us 
         his employer...was Malcolm. When he first met him he was
         scared silly, but Malcolm assured him that they would 
         not harm him. Anyway, as time progressed he learned more
         and more about the KH Military, telling them only to me.
         One day he learned about their nuclear weapons smuggling
         operations. He threaten to tell the world about them and 
         their plans. This caused concern to General Franco, the  
         Supreme General. He ordered Black (back then he was a  
         captain) to terminate him and our family. When the big
         day arrived I was asked by my brother to go get some
         gold lockets. Those lockets I still have today. Anyway,
         when I returned I found everyone at the wedding dead. My 
         friends, relatives and my family. They had been gunned
         down by KH Hokum Helicopters. One of them had landed
         nearby. When I saw the wolf-sapiens I was filled both
         with fright and rage. On that day I swore to get revenge
         on the wolf responsible for the killing. I went back 
         into the mansion, took a family picture from the wall, 
         the gold lockets and my father's revolver. On one silver
         bullet I wrote Franco's name, the one that would in the
         end kill him. I left the mansion on my road of destiny."  

He stops for a moment. Shag and Blitz are sniffing with sadness.

Colleen:"That is awful."

Elexis:"I never knew you had it so hard."

Illanov:"Wait a moment, comrade. How where you changed into a
         Cano-sapien?"

Cobber:"He right, mate. I mean the Transdogmafier wasn't even 
        thought of, let alone being existent."
 
Hunter:"Perhaps he was transdogmafied by the KH Military's own
        version of their Transdogmafier."

Striker:"No, Hunter. I only found out about their Transdogmafier
         when we were in Australia." 

Dylan:"Then how?"

Striker:"While on my quest I followed the clues to a power station 
         not far from here. There I met Black. We got into a shoot-
         out incident. He and I then went to hand-to-hand combat.
         During the fight he kicked me into a power generator. The
         massive electrical shock I got from it somehow mutated my
         DNA into that of a cocker spaniel Cano-sapien. The plant
         then exploded. When I woke up and saw myself in a mirror I
         was absolutely horrified to see what I had become. Worse
         yet, since I was the world's only Cano-sapien, the KH
         Military made up some false evidence so that it looked 
         like I killed everyone that the wedding. When I was seen
         by the entire population of George those charges were 
         'justified' so to speak. While hiding an EDF agent shot
         a tranquilliser into me. I blacked out, waking up later in  
         the EDF headquarters. Seeing my current situation they
         offered me to become an EDF agent under the code name  
         'Striker'. Mainly because of my lust for revenge on Franco, 
         I joined. That is my past." 

Everyone looks at him in surprise. Striker looks at Maska.

Striker:"But what I do not understand, Maska, is how you knew right
         off that I was Gerard Voster." 

Maska:"I saw the massacre, then you leaving to get revenge. I tried 
       to follow you to talk you out of it, but when I saw you being
       turned into a dog I ran away in fear. I could not tell the
       police because they would think I was insane. Hope you are
       not angry at me, Master Striker." 

Striker smiles.

Striker:"Why should I be? You helped bring me up. I understand that
         you couldn't tell the police about my real identity."

Maska:"Thank you, Master Striker."

Striker then looks at the others.

Striker:"Do you understand now?"

Exile:"We understand nowski, comrade."

Rune:"We are sorry about what happened to you family."

Blitz:"Wait a minute! What about that one time you said that you
       were fourty-five while you look about twenty years younger?"

Colleen:"Yeah! What about that?"

Striker:"During one of my missions as EDF agent I went to El Dorado."

Hunter:"The lost city of gold???"

Striker:"Ja, I was sent to warn the queen of El Dorado about the 
         imminent attack by KH soldiers on their city. I was too late.
         The KH Military reached the city hours after I had arrived.
         They destroyed the city and all the inhabitants. I managed
         to save the queen, but she was mortally wounded. For my
         efforts to help them she gave me the last of her life force.
         It kept me at this age for twenty years. It probably had
         worn off during this year." 

Blitz:"That's a lie!"

Striker:"Prove it. And besides, Maska is my witness."

Blitz tries to prove it, but he can't.

Elexis:"But if Maska is a witness, why don't you...."

Striker:"No, I cannot prove I'm innocent with just Maska. The KH 
         Military had the evidence well made up."

Hunter:"Bummer."

Striker:"You can say that again."

Hunter:"Bummer."

Striker rolls his eyes.

Exile:"But this is new South Africa. Things changeski."

Striker:"Somethings do change, Exile. Others just stay the same. I'm
         still a dog. I'm still fighting against the KH Military. And 
         the South African Police Service stills wants me in jail."

Dylan puts his hand on his shoulder.

Dylan:"But you are not alone."

Hunter:"We are with you all the way, buddy."

Striker looks around and sees everyone smiling at him. He smiles back.

Striker:"You know, except for Mark, I've had no friends for the past
         twenty-four years. Now I got you guys."

Illanov:"Dah. Friendship is one of the most important things in life."

Colleen:"It lasts forever, guv."

Striker:"Thanks, but I fear the KH Military might do that in."

Cobber:"Bah! With us around they will always be second best."

Everyone but Striker, Cobber and Maska "yeahs". Maska taps Striker's
shoulder. He turns to him.

Striker:"Ja, Maska?"

Maska:"It has stopped raining. Would you like to pay your respects to
       your parents, Master Striker? Remember: the family graveyard is
       not far off."

Striker thinks for a moment, then gets up.

Striker:"Sure."

Both he and Maska head for the door. Hunter comes up to them.

Hunter:"Can we come along?"

Striker:"Very well."

Hunter:"Cool."

They all walk out of the mansion.

Voster Family Graveyard, 6:45 PM:

This is a graveyard on the estate. Striker is standing in front of his
family's graves. He looks down sad, the others stand behind him. Hunter
turns to Maska.

Hunter:"It's a shame to see his entire family buried before him."

Maska:"Ja. He was to continue to carry the Voster name high."

Hunter:"What did the Vosters do?"

Maska:"They were financial businessmen and women. When they were alive
       this region was economically rich because of the Voster's 
       generosity. When they were killed this region went into decline.
       It has become hard to earn a living here, but recently it has
       begun to recover, slowly."

Striker turns back to them.

Striker:"Guys, can I ask you to leave me alone for a few minutes?"

Hunter:"Sure thing, buddy."

Dylan:"No problems here."

Maska:"Right, Master Striker."

Hunter:"Besides, we have to tuck in. We will need to leave early to get
        to another hiding place."

Everyone but Striker (who remains at the graves) walk back to the house.
Striker looks at the graves for a while, then turns around. He is hit
in the face by the rear end of a rifle and he falls to the ground. Some
shadowy figures appear over him.

Figure 1:"You're coming back, slave!"

Figure 2:"And this time you won't escape!"

The figures each grab Striker's arms and drag him off.

Living Room, Voster Mansion:

Everyone were laying out sleeping bags here. Once they are all settled
in Maska wishes them goodnight.

Maska:"If you need anything, just call me. I will be in my hut nearby.
       Good night." 

Everyone:"Good night."

Maska turns the light off and leaves. Colleen, who is sleeping next 
to Hunter, cuddles up against him. He looks at her.

Hunter:"I never thought that Striker was so unlucky."

Colleen:"Me too, Huntie Wuntie. To have your family massacred is 
         not one's cuppa tee."

Hunter:"Though I think we should be careful when we tell the others
        that he was framed for a crime he didn't commit."

Colleen:"Why?"

Hunter:"Guess."

Colleen thinks for moment, the realises what Hunter means.

Colleen:"Oh right. Lydia."

Hunter:"She will prove that Striker is guilty and have him sent to
        the South African Police to be imprisoned." 

Colleen:"But he's innocent, Huntie."

Hunter:"I know, but Lydia won't see it that way. What's worse, if she
        discovers some secret government files in her investigation
        those cleaner squads will have us all killed."

Colleen:"So best we watch what we say, or else Lydia will get us in
         a lot of trouble."

Hunter:"Well goodnight, Collie Wollie."

Colleen giggles.

Colleen:"Goodnight, Huntie Wuntie."

They both go to sleep.

25 August, 7:10 AM: 

Maska walks into the living room. Some of the Rovers were beginning to
wake up. Hunter looks at Maska.

Hunter:"Morning, Maska."

Maska:"Morning, Master Hunter."

Hunter:"Please don't call me that."

Maska:"Call you what?"

Hunter rolls his eyes. Everyone is now away and looking at Maska.

Maska:"If you want I can make you all some tea in the kitchen."

Colleen:"That would be nice, guv."

Dylan looks around, then notices Striker's absence.

Dylan:"Where's Striker?"

Everyone also notices that Striker isn't around. Rune turns to Maska.

Rune:"Did you see Striker this morning, Maska?"

Maska:"Nee. I thought that he was with you."

Exile:"Something smells here."

Hunter gets up.

Hunter:"I agree with you, Exile. We'd better check the place where we
        last left him: the graveyard." 

Everyone gets up and out of the mansion. When they come to graveyard
they search around. Shag comes across something and calls the others.
When they are all gathered around he points at the ground. Illanov
kneels at the spot. In the mud is Striker's footprints, his weapons 
as well as the intruder's footprints.

Illanov:"Looks like someone came here yesterday and captured our 
         comrade."

Hunter smells the air. 

Hunter:"And by the smell I'd say that is was humans."

Zudnick:"Police?"

Hunter smells further.

Hunter:"No, it wasn't police. They smell like...farmers."

Everyone looks at each other.

Elexis:"Great. He is back in the hands of those farmers as a slave,
        again."

Hunter turns to Rune.

Hunter:"Rune. Try to contact him telepathically."

Rune:"Right."

Rune closes her eyes and puts her paws to her head. She begins to call
Striker.

Rune:"Striker, can you hear me?....It's me, Rune. Where are you?......
      Where....Yeah, I got it....Don't worry. We're on our way."

Rune lowers her paws and opens her eyes. 

Cobber:"Well?"

Rune:"He has indeed been made a slave by the same farmers. He said that
      he is on the Good Hope Farm somewhere near a town north of here
      called Oudshoorn."

Shag takes out the map, studies it, then marks the location on the map.
He hands it to Hunter.

Hunter:"Right. We'd better get Striker free from those farmers before 
        we go after the convoy." 

He turns to Maska.

Hunter:"Will you be all right?"

Maska:"Don't worry, Master Hunter. If the police come I will play dumb.
       Just be sure you get Master Striker back alive."

Hunter:"Thanks. We will."

He turns to the other Rovers.

Hunter:"Let's roll, Rovers!"

Shag picks Striker's weapons up and puts in his fur. They all run to the
TurboJet and Sonic Rover and soon take off to get Striker back. It begins
to rain again.

SABC News Room, Johannesburg, 8:02 AM:

A female anchor is giving the days news.

Anchor:"The recent torrencial rains in the Karoo, Kwazulu-Natal and the
        Gauteng area has caused water levels to rise rapidly and many 
        people had to be evacuated from towns and farms in the affected
        areas. The town of Oudshoorn has been abandoned by the last 
        remaining officials as the water level continues to rise."

She continues giving the news.

Barn, Good Hope Farm, 8:05 AM:

This is an ostrich farm in a barren countryside, or rather was barren
before the rains. The farm is surrounded by water that had risen over
the last few weeks. In a barn lying on the hay, is Striker. It is dark
inside. Suddenly the barn door is opened, Striker looks towards it.
Standing there are four farmers wearing rain coats and each having a 
rifle. This is Hank, Jaco, David and Philip.

Hank:"Well, slave. Sleep well?"

David:"Of course he has. He had a good night's rest."

Jaco:"You are big trouble, slave, running away like that."

Philip:"We got a lot of work that needs catching up."

Striker gets up.

Striker:"You're making a mistake."

Hank:"No, you were the one who made the mistake. Running away without
      our permission."

Striker:"I didn't run away! I was kidnapped!"

Philip:"You expect us to believe that, slave?"

Striker:"I am not a slave! I am a Road Rover and Earth Defence Force
         agent."

The farmers all laugh.

David:"Road Rover! What a sense of humour! Next thing he's going to
       tell us he is the president of England!"

Jaco:"Earth Defence Force! What a stupid name! You can't come up
      with something better, slave?"

Striker:"You laugh now, but you won't be so cheerful when Hunter and
         the other Rovers come here to kick your butts!"

Hank:"Oh! That's good! We need more slaves like you!" 

Philip:"Speaking of which this one should begin working, again."

The others stop laughing. Hank points his rifle at Striker.

Hank:"He's right. You need to clean out my pigsty."

Jaco:"And to feed my cows."

Philip:"And to get my machines into my barn with your own hands
        and muscles."

David:"Let's not forget about the sandbags."

Hank:"Right. So get up, slave, and start working if you want to earn
      your breakfast."

Striker gets up. He walks up to them and they aims their rifles at
him.

Striker:"You will be sorry for this."

David:"Whatever. Now move!"

Striker does as he is told and walks out into the rain, the farmers
still aiming their rifles at him. He searches around in his pockets
and soon comes across a Bone Gas Bomb (from "Hunter's Heroes"). He
stops and turns to the farmers.

Hank:"What is wrong? MOVE!"

Striker throws the bone at them and it ejects a thick smoke that
prevents the farmers from seeing. He runs over to a motorboat,
climbs in and starts it up. He then guides the boat towards the
town. When the smoke clears the farmers see him speeding away in
the boat.

Philip:"Hey! That's my boat!"

Jaco:"Let's go after him!"

They all run to the other three boats. Philip climbs into the same
boat as David and they go after Striker. In the meantime Striker
guides the boat through two gate pillars, only the lamps are above
the water. 

Oudshoorn, 8:21 AM:

The town is now submerged up to the second floors or the roofs of 
the houses and buildings. The street lamps are still shining and
several cars are floating in the water. Striker appears at the one
end of the main street. Guiding the boat through the cars he looks
behind him. Hank and his boat appear behind him, he is faster than
Striker is. He gets rifle out and aims it at Striker.

Hank:"Whoa, slave! Where are you going, huh?"

He fires a shot at Striker, he misses. Striker begins zigzagging
to avoid the bullets that Hank fires at him. He sees up ahead a
museum. Even though it is on a hill is already submerged to the
top of the doors. Striker guides the boat towards the museum,
Hank still firing at him.

Hank:"Why you little weasel! You're pissing me off!"

Striker sees one of Philip's rifles and an ammo bag lying in the 
boat. He grabs them just as he stops the boat in front of the 
museum and jumps into the water. He opens the door that is now 
underwater and goes into the museum. He closes the door again
and comes up for air. All the museum pieces have been removed
and only the rubbish bins are floating about. Outside Hank is
joined by the other farmers in their boats.

David:"Where is he?"

Hank:"He's in the museum."

Philip:"How will we get him out?"

Jaco looks around.

Jaco:"If the water level continues to rise like this he will have
      to come out sooner or later."

Hank:"But what if he doesn't come out?"

Jaco:"Well then, he'll drown."

David:"What?! We don't want him to drown. He is the best slave 
       there is."

Philip climbs into his boat, starts it up and points at the second 
floor windows.

Philip:"We can through the windows and hunt him down."

Hank:"Good idea. Let's go!"

Inside Striker sees the boats approaching the windows and dives
beneath the water just as the boats drive through the windows.
The boats stop and the farmers look around, rifles at the ready.
From the end of one hallway Striker appears from under the water,
firing his rifle at the farmers. They duck into their boats while
Striker shoots holes below the waterline and into the engines. 
When he runs out of ammo he ducks into a corridor and the farmers
get up and try to start their engines, but the well-placed shots
did their job. Striker begins to reload his rifle when he hears
some talking. He immediately stops what he is doing and listens.

Jaco:"Just who are you?"

An Irish female voice can be heard.

Female:"We came here for Striker."

Philip:"Are you with the police?"

Female:"No. I'm with someone else who wants Striker just as badly
        as you do. We'll pay lots of money for him." 

David:"In your dreams! He's our slave, and that is the way he will
       stay."

Hank, Jaco, Philip:"I second that!"

Female:"Well then you will just have to die."

What can be heard next is the sounds of shots, shouts and screams.
Striker ducks back into the corner and finishes reloading the  
rifle. He ducks back into the hallway, but all he sees are the
farmers' boats. He slowly and cautiously wades through the water 
toward the boats.

Striker:"Hello, what is going on?"

He comes up to the boats and carefully looks over the rims. Inside
lie the farmers, all shot to death.

Striker:"Ai yai yai. It is not the Road Rovers who came to rescue
         me. Seems like someone else now wants me too."  

He looks around, aiming the rifle as he goes. They only sounds that
can be heard is the water, the rain and the occasional thunderclap.
Suddenly a tranquilliser dart hits him in the neck from the side. He
falls backwards into the water, unconscious. Out from behind a tree
outside appears a motorboat flying the Eliminator's colours. In the
boat is several of her thugs: Destruction (from "Time, Times and Half
a Time), Front and Hardware (both from "Wedding Bell Blues") are among
them. Hardware is holding a tranquilizer gun in his hand. The boat
pulls up alongside Striker, Front and another thug pulls Striker into
the boat.

Hardware:"Told you it would work."

Front:"Why don't you help me out here?"

Hardware:"Because I'm holding the gun and besides I..."

Front:"Oh, shut up."

Destruction:"Shut up both of you. Let's just get this dog to the boss
             and get our money so that we can get out of this country."

Striker is finally pulled in, then gagged and tied up. Hardware starts
the motor while Front drives. Before they start off Destruction stops
them.

Destruction:"Hang on! Aren't we forgetting something?"

Hardware and Front look at each other, then at Destruction.

Front:"The farmers' rifles?"

Hardware:"The farmers' boats?"

Destruction slaps her forehead.

Destruction:"No, you idiots! The note!"

Hardware, Front:"Oh! The note."

Front digs around in her pocket and takes out a letter with the words
"To the Road Rovers" on it. She puts it into one of the boats. 

Destruction:"Now, let's beat it."

The motorboats go off away from the museum into the rain.

8:58 AM:

Everything is still as it was. From below the street appears the Rhino,
Sonic and TurboJet Rovers. The TurboJet is in sub mode while the Sonic
Rover and the Rhino fly overhead. Hunter is sitting on the nose of the 
TurboJet Rover, sniffing the air.

Hunter:"His scent is strong here..."

Dylan:"Rune. Have you managed to contact him?"

Rune:"Sorry, guys. I can't reach him. He's probably out cold and can't
      hear me." 

Zudnick then sees the boats at the museum.

Zudnick:"Over there, comrades! Look!"

Everyone look towards the museum.

Colleen:"That looks interesting, lads."

Hunter:"Let's check it out."

The TurboJet Rover comes up to the windows while the Rhino and the 
Sonic Rover land on the roof. Everyone climbs out and head for the
boats. When they see the farmers they are shocked.

Illanov:"This does not look good, comrades."

Hunter sniffs the air.

Hunter:"Striker's scent is very strong here. I also smell a familiar
        smell here, but I just can't put my finger on it."

Elexis sees the letter and picks it up.

Elexis:"Well, I can. Seems to me that some else got Striker and the
        farmers." 

Cobber:"What is it, mate?"

Elexis:"It's a letter addressed to us."

Blitz:"Open it! What does it say?"

Elexis opens the letter and begins to read it.

Elexis (reading):"If you ever want to see your friend Striker again,
       come to my base. I have the location marked on the map that is 
       included with this letter. Parvo."

Everyone but Elexis:"Parvo???"

Hunter:"I would not have predicted this!"

Dylan:"That letter stinks to treachery. Parvo will never hand Striker
       over to us."

Exile:"Dah! He will kill comrade Striker, then us."

Colleen:"We'd better make sure that it is the right location. It might
         just be a wild goose chase."

Hunter:"You're right, Colleen. Shag."

Shag:"Rhight!"

Shag takes out a laptop and the map from Elexis and begins to type 
something in.

High Orbit, Earth, at that moment:

The Road Rover Satellite (from "Let Sleeping Dogs Lie") comes to the
right position and zooms in on the area co-ordinates given by Shag.

Oudshoorn:

Shag looks on the screen, then back at the others and gives the thumbs-
up sign.

Exile:"Shagster says that it is right location."

Cobber:"So let's go."

Hunter sniffs the air again.

Hunter:"Something is not right here." 

Colleen:"What?"

Hunter:"The smell here is familiar."

Blitz:"Yah. It is Parvo's cano-mutants."

Hunter:"No. No. No. The smells has nothing to do with Parvo. I've smelt
        it somewhere else." 

Illanov:"Comrade Hunter, why don't we go rescue comrade Striker and
         capture Parvo than stand around here in the rain worrying 
         about smells?"

Hunter stops sniffing the air.

Hunter:"Yeah, you're right, Alex. Let's roll, Rovers!"

Everyone climbs back into the vehicles and they take off for Parvo's
secret base.

Parvo's Secret Base, Drakensberg Mountains, Kwazulu-Natal, 10:10 AM:

Yet another one of Parvo's bases with the usual Cano-mutant guards,
Search towers, laser fence and command buildings. The only difference
is that the base is surrounded by a large wall of sandbags that keep
the water out. In his war room Parvo was making the usual financial
checks with his contacts, Hawkins (from "Hunter's Heroes").

Hawkins:"Are you SURE it won't fail this time, General?"

Parvo:"Of course I'm sure!" 

Hawkins:"Okay, General. I'll transfer the money, but if this fails
         again don't come to me asking for money."

Hawkins' face disappears from the screen and Parvo sits down rubbing
his chin.

Parvo:"You're right, Hawkins. Next I will TAKE and not ASK."

He starts laughing, then begins to cough. The Groomer walks into 
the room.

Groomer:"Lozenge?"

Parvo (coughing):"Yes, hurry!"

Groomer hands Parvo a lozenge and he chews it. He stops coughing and
turns to Groomer.

Parvo:"What is the status of those trucks bringing those dogs for
       transmutation?"

Groomer:"They should arrive here in two days."

Parvo:"Any word from Digit or Donavan?"

Groomer:"No, sir. I've been contacting them all morning, but there
         is no answer."

Parvo:"Those fools must have gone out to gamble, again. Remind me when
       we meet them again I fire them."

Groomer:"Aye, sir."

Jacob and Sergeant Curse (from "Hunter's Heroes") run into the room.

Curse:"General! We have a problem!"

Parvo turns to them.

Parvo:"What kind of problem?"

Jacob:"It's the Road Rovers!"

Parvo:"Good."

Jacob, Groomer and Curse look shocked at Parvo.

Jacob, Groomer, Curse:"What?"

Parvo:"It is a good thing they are coming. I've been itching to try
       out the big one." 

Groomer smiles.

Groomer:"Oh! The big one. I forgot about that."

Jacob:"The big one?"

Curse:"What's that?"

Parvo:"You'll see. Groomer! Arm the weapon and set it to automatic 
       fire!"

Groomer:"Aye, sir!"

The Groomer goes to the control console and begins to types something
in. Outside on the roof of one of the buildings appear a large gun that 
looks like the one Mr. Freeze used (see "Batman and Robin"). Closing 
in on the base is the Rovers. In the war room Parvo was aiming the gun
at the Rovers.

Parvo:"Tonight's show: Rovers on ice!"

He pushes a button and the gun fires an ice beam at the Rovers. The 
Rhino, TurboJet and Sonic Rovers are immediately incased in a large ice 
cube. It falls in front of the base and the Cano-mutant guards surround 
it. Inside the vehicles the Rovers are trapped.

Hunter:"I would not have predicted this."

Blitz shakes Exile.

Blitz:"Exile! Melt the ice! Melt the ice!"

Exile:"Sorry, comrade, but even I cannot meltski this ice. It is too 
       bigski to melt."
       
Dylan:"And besides, we're surrounded by Cano-mutants."

Parvo's face suddenly appears on the screens of the vehicles.

Parvo:"Finally I got you, Rovers. Now you will join my Cano-mutant
       armies or I will kill you."

Hunter:"Never, Parvo! We'll never become your slaves!"

Dylan:"Where's Striker?"

Jacob pushes Parvo away and appears on the screen. Dylan gasps.

Dylan:"Jacob!"

Jacob:"Ah. Hi brother. Looks like we're going to have a little 
       family reunion."

Dylan:"I for one would rather sit this out."

Parvo pushes Jacob away.

Parvo:"Don't ever do that again!"

Jacob pushes Parvo away.

Jacob:"Hey! I'm busy here!"

Parvo pushes Jacob away.

Parvo:"I'm in charge here!"

Jacob pushes Parvo away.

Jacob:"I'm losing my temper!"

Parvo pushes Jacob away, he jumps Parvo and they begin to fight. 
Dalmat and Fluffy pull Jacob away while Groomer and Curse help
Parvo up. Jacob is squirming like mad trying to get at Parvo.

Parvo:"Throw him into a cell and don't let him out until I say
       so!"

Fluffy, Dalmat:"Yes, General."

Fluffy and Dalmat drag Jacob away. Parvo resumes his normal place. 

Parvo:"Now where were we?"

Illanov:"Where is our comrade?"

Parvo:"What comrade? And who are you?"

Colleen:"Don't play dumb, guv! We got your letter!"

Parvo and Groomer look at each other.

Parvo:"Did you send them a letter, Groomer?"

Groomer:"No, sir. I didn't send anything to them."

Parvo looks at the Rovers.

Parvo:"What exactly is the nature of this 'letter'?"

Elexis takes out the letter and holds it to the screen. Parvo reads
it.

Parvo:"I didn't send any letters."

Rovers:"Huh?"

Parvo:"Where did you get this?"

Hunter:"We got from the town where you captured Striker."

Parvo:"Captured Striker? I didn't even know you Rovers where in South
       Africa, let alone capture one of you." 

Blitz:"I'm confused."

Rune:"So am I."

Hunter snaps his fingers.

Hunter:"I knew that smell didn't make any sense!"

Cobber:"But if Parvo didn't capture Striker and sent that letter, who 
        did?"

Parvo:"That's what I'd like to..."

From the clouds appears a blue ball of plasma and it blows the freeze
gun up. Parvo, Groomer and Curse run out onto a balcony and look up
along with everyone else. Suddenly a giant flying ship appears from
the clouds. It has a front that looks like the head of a hammer that
is connect to the body by a thick shaft. On both sides of the body 
are wings that look like spades. The ship stops over the base.

Cobber:"What the h*** is that thing?"

Elexis:"IT'S THE ALEXANDER!!!"

Everyone looks at Elexis.

Everyone:"Huh?"

Elexis:"It is my father's command ship! He commands the KH Military
        from it!"

Everyone:"Oh!"

Suddenly a large number of shadows appear from the ship. The base's
searchlights illuminate them. It is Jump Troopers. They look like
Battle Troopers except they have wings and jet-packs. They open
fire as soon they come into range while the ship fires plasma balls
down onto the base. Parvo turns to Groomer and Curse.

Parvo:"Don't just stand there! DO SOMETHING!!!"

Groomer and Curse run back into the building and raise the alarm. 
Soon a massive battle ensues between the Cano-mutants and the KH
Jump Troopers. The Rovers can only watch as the troopers gun down
every mutant in sight while they are not losing any of their mates.
Soon the troopers make into the war room and surround Parvo, Curse,
Groomer, Fluffy and Dalmat. General Black is among them.

Black:"Drop your weapons! Now!"

Parvo fires a shot at Black, but it just bounces off his suit's
armor. He raises his weapon and aims it at Parvo.

Black:"My turn."

Black fires a fireball at Parvo. He, Curse, Groomer, Fluffy and 
Dalmat jump out of the way just as the fireball destroys the war
room control panel. Black signals to some troopers and they rush
over to Parvo and his sidekicks and grab them. Parvo is taken 
before Black.

Black:"Loser."

Parvo:"You'll never get away this!"

Black:"Don't tell me. Tell the Supreme General that. Take them
       outside!"

Troopers:"Yes, sir!"

Outside everything has quieted down. There is not a single living
mutant left. Troopers are stationed everywhere at various points,
some of them surround the giant ice cube the Rovers are trapped
in. Black comes outside, Parvo and the others (as well as Jacob)
are dragged out. Black looks over the cube, then calls the ship.
A dropship appears from it, lands and unloads some Flame Troopers
who immediately surround the cube along with Black. 

Black:"Ready?"

F.Troopers:"Ready!"

Black:"Aim!"

Black and the Flame Troopers aim their flame throwers at the cube.

Black:"MELT!!!"

Black and the Flame Trooper open fire. The emmense heat from the 
flames quickly melt the ice around the Rover vehicles. While this
is happening another dropship lands, this time with Lambda Troopers
in it. When the ice is completely melted the Lambda Troopers rush
into the vehicles. The Rovers try to fight, but the Lambda Troopers
are too fast and they are quickly brought out into the open. Yet
another dropship lands filled with medics. The medics all carry 
Constrictor Collars. The Rovers are quickly fitted with them and
the collars are activated. Black walks up to the Rovers.

Black:"Told you would regret that day."

Hunter:"Bummer. You guys are good."

Black:"Thank you, but you'd best tell that to the Supreme General." 

Cobber:"The Supreme General is here?"

Black:"Yes, he is in the Alexander above us. He is expecting you all." 

Black then turns to Elexis.

Black:"Look who's here. Your father is very angry at you, Elexis. You
       got a lot to answer for."

Elexis:"Where is Striker?"

Black:"He is in the Alexander's detention center." 

Black then turns to Hunter.

Black:"By the way, someone is also here."

He looks at a group of Jump Troopers on the roof of a building and 
signals one of them. He flies towards them, walks up to Hunter and 
removes his helmet. It is Prowler.

Prowler:"So we meet again, boss."

Colleen:"Not you again, Prowler!"

Prowler:"COLONEL Prowler, Colleen."

Illanov:"You advanced that quickly through the ranks?"

Prowler:"Yeap. Especially after I blew up the Space Rover's ship and
         killed the UN Secretary-General."

Rovers:"You killed him???"

Prowler:"Right again."

Prowler turns to Elexis.

Prowler:"Hey, babe. Seems like you don't like me anymore."

Elexis:"You're right! I don't like you! I've had enough of playing your
        babe!" 

Rune:"Oooo, Prowler. Seems like your attitude still won't get you any
      girls." 

Prowler:"So what? The Supreme General got me a replacement. She's 
         called Phoenix. And boy, is she one hot mamma."

Prowler turns back to Hunter.

Prowler:"And where is old Teddy Bear? Isn't he with you guys? Or is he
         chicken?" 

Colleen:"He's not a chicken! He's braver than you are!"

Prowler:"Ooo. Snuggle Bunny is angry."

Colleen gets ready to attack, but quickly decides against it when the
troopers aim their rifles at her. Parvo and his side-kicks are placed
with Rovers. A voice rises above the noise.

Voice:"The Supreme General's shuttle is coming down!"

Every KH trooper, including Black and Prowler, stand to attention. The
shuttle lands and the Lambda Trooper line along a path that leads from
the shuttle door to the prisoners. The door opens and out steps the 
leader of the KH Military: General Stalker. He walks towards the Rovers
and takes his helmet off. Hunter's eyes widen.

Hunter:"General Stalker."

Stalker:"Ah, Hunter. It is a pleasure to finally meet you in person."

Blitz:"You're the Supreme General? The big boss? The top wolf?"

Stalker:"Yes, yes and yes. I am Stalker, Supreme General of ALL the
         KH Military and commander of the Alpha Squadron. So you are
         the well known Road Rovers?"

Colleen:"That's us, guv."

Stalker:"Pity that the Grizzly unit isn't here. Oh well, guess you 
         sometimes cannot have everything in one place."   

Stalker turns to Elexis. She lowers her head.

Stalker:"Whatever drove you into joining the enemy I will never know.
         You have become rebellious and that disappoints me, Elexis." 

Elexis:"Yes, Father."

He turns back to the others. 

Stalker:"Now then, I am sure you want an explaination of what is going
         on, correct?"  

The Rovers nod.

Stalker:"You see, when we discovered that Parvo was here in South Africa
         we immediately concluded that this would the perfect opportunity
         to capture and to get the Cano-mutator. We were the ones who 
         told the farmers that Striker was on the Voster estate and had     
         him taken away from you. We then captured him and left that 
         letter that made you think that Parvo had kidnapped him. When
         you arrived here we went into action and got to where we are
         now."

Exile:"You mean this was trapski?"

Stalker:"Correct, Exile. And you all stepped neatly into it."

Shag takes out the villain score sheet and begins writing something.
Stalker notices this.

Stalker:"What, if I may ask, are you doing?"

Shag mumbles something.

Exile:"Shagster says that he is busy updating your villain score."

Shag finishes, Rune takes the book and reads it.

Rune:"Well, I'll be!"

Parvo:"What does it say?"

Rune:"General Stalker is now the ultimate bad guy."

Parvo:"WHAT?!!"

Stalker smiles while Parvo grabs the book and reads. When he is done
he lowers it, a distant look on his face.

Parvo:"I can't believe it. I'm no longer Rover enemy number one."

Shag takes the book and puts it away. Groomer comforts Parvo and Hunter
turns to Stalker.

Hunter:"I can't believe it. How do you do it?"

Stalker:"Simple. We do not follow the same basic principles as today's
         pathetic lot. We use methods that actually work. We know how
         our enemies operate, what their methods are, and so forth."
         
Cobber:"But just like all other villains you will end up in prison,
        just like Sky." 

Voice:"Did someone mention my name?"

Everyone looks towards the Sonic Rover. The Rovers gasp. Standing with
the Demutation Shotgun, is Sky. He is still wearing his prisoner's
clothing.

Rovers:"SKY!!!"

Sky:"Yes, it's me."

Stalker:"Sergeant, come over here."

Sky:"Yes, sir!"

Sky walks up to Stalker.

Stalker:"You were held prisoner by the Road Rovers?"

Sky:"Yes, sir."

Stalker:"Where?"

Sky:"In their headquarters, sir."

Black:"Their HQ? Where?"

Stalker:"Steady on, General. I do suppose you don't really know it exact
         location, Sergeant?"

Sky:"I'm afraid you're right, sir. They drugged me when they took me to
     it and when I escaped I had to hide to avoid being captured and thus  
     I could not see anything. Sorry about that, sir."  

Stalker:"That is all right, Sergeant. You still have valuable information
         on what the HQ looks like and you retrieved Malcolm's Demutation
         Shotgun."

Sky:"And the Crysillis Crystals, sir. I also destroyed all the documents
     the Rovers made on them when they were studying it." 

Stalker:"First Sergeant Sky, you have done very well and I will have you 
         rewarded for your efforts."
          
Sky:"Thank you, sir."

Zudnick:"Wait! How did you get out?"

Sky looks at the Rovers and grins.

Sky:"It helps being a Heart-child to manipulate your guards."

Stalker turns to Black.

Stalker:"Secure the prisoners, the Cano-mutator and get them onboard my
         ship, General. And prepare the Ground Shocker." 

Black:"Yes, sir."

Black signals the troopers and soon the Rovers, Parvo and his side-kicks
are loaded into dropships and taken to the Alexander, as is the Cano-
mutator. The Jump Troopers fly up to the ship while the rest climb into
the dropships. Soon everyone was onboard the Alexander. The ship hovers
over the base, a cannon appears under the belly that points directly
downwards at the base. It charges up, fires a green laser that touches
the roof of the building harmlessly. It is followed by a large green 
ball that blows the entire base apart, leaving only a large crater.
The ship then flies off.

Recreation Room, KHA Alexander, 12:01 PM:

It is a room that is the lowest deck on the ship. It has many shrubs,
plants and pools of water. Windows surround it and it well decorated
with furniture, paintings, and so forth. Stalker, Prowler, Black, Sky,
the Rovers, Parvo and his side-kicks walk in. 

Hunter:"Nice digs."

Colleen:"Bloomin' good looking place you have here."

Cobber:"You can say that again, mates."

Stalker:"Thank you."

Another door opens and some Lambda Troopers escort Striker (now also 
wearing a Constrictor Collar) into the room. Destruction, Hardware,
Front and the Eliminator's thugs also walk in.

Rovers:"Destruction!"

Destruction:"Well now, seems like the little doggies are now in a fix."
              
Rune:"What are you doing here?"

Destruction:"After the boss was captured me and the other lads were
             left without any job."

Stalker:"I hired them to help lead you into the trap. They captured
         Striker and left that letter."

Hardware walks up to Stalker.

Hardware:"Escuse us, sir, but can we get our money so that we can get
          the h*** out of here?"

Destruction grabs Hardware by the hair.

Destruction:"Who's in charge here?"

Hardware:"Er..Ow...You are, Ma'am." 

Front chuckles and Destruction lets go of Hardware's hair.

Destruction:"And don't you forget it!"

Hardware:"Yes, Ma'am."

Stalker:"Now, now. Let us not quarrel. Hardware is right. You can get
         your money. General."

Black hands Destruction a suitcase, she opens it. Inside there is a 
large number of dollar bank notes. Her eyes widen and she closes the
suitcase.

Destruction:"Thank you, sir. My boss will love this five million you
             gave us." 

Stalker:"Correction: two million."

Destruction:"Two million? But we agreed on five!"

Front:"Where's the rest of it?"

Stalker:"It was deducted."

Hardware:"What for?"

Stalker:"You killed four civilians and we deducted seven-hundred and
fifty dollars for each one you killed."  

Destruction:"WHAT?!!"

Stalker:"We are soldiers, not monsters like you. And I did not give
         authorisation to kill those civilians."

Destruction tries to protest, but Stalker interrupts.

Stalker:"And unless you accept it like it is I will have you removed
         from the ship, without your reward. Is that clear?"

Destruction, Hardware, Front:"Yes, sir."

Stalker:"Good. General, escort our guest here to their aircraft."

Black:"Yes, sir."

Black, Destruction, Hardware, Front and the thugs leave the room. 
Stalker turns to Sky, who still has the Demutation Shotgun. He
takes out what appears to be a medal and attaches it along Sky's
other medals. 

Stalker:"You did well."

Sky:"Thank you, sir."

Stalker:"MASTER SERGEANT Sky."

Sky smiles broadly with joy.

Sky:"Thank you, sir."

Stalker:"And here is your first order as Master Sergeant: take
         Malcolm's weapon back to him. He should be in office
         in Hong Kong."

Sky salutes, still smiling.

Sky:"Yes, sir."

Sky leaves the room. Stalker turns to the others.

Stalker:"Sorry about that, but being the Supreme General is very busy.
         Now then. First order of business is you, Elexis. I will have
         confined to your quarters until we can interrogate you for
         information." 

Elexis:"But Dad!"

Stalker:"Not buts. Take her away!"

Some Lambda Troopers grab Elexis and lead her out of the room. At the 
same time Black and Phoenix walk in. Phoenix is a female Pomeranian
wearing very short shorts, knee-high boots and a satin bikini top.
Black walks over to Stalker while Phoenix walks over to Prowler. Black
and Stalker begin to talk while Prowler looks Phoenix over.

Prowler:"Now THIS is a uniform."

Phoenix:"Thank you."

Prowler:"How about a little kiss for the colonel?"

Phoenix:"Why not?"

Prowler and Phoenix long and passionately. Cobber leans over to Dylan.

Cobber:"What do you think of her, mate?"

Dylan:"Not bad looking." 

Prowler and Phoenix stop kissing while Stalker walks up to Hunter.

Stalker:"Now I will take care of you, Hunter. Get up."

Hunter does as he is told. Stalker turns to the Lambda Troopers holding
the Rovers' weapons. He takes Cobber's sword and throws it at Hunter, he
catches it. 

Hunter:"Now what?"

Stalker:"Now we fight. The leader of the Road Rovers versus the leader
         of the KH Military."

Stalker readies his energy blades. Hunter begins to sweat at the sight 
of them.

Stalker:"Ah. I see you still remember these, don't you?"

Hunter:"Well, yeah."

Stalker:"Good. Now prepare to defend yourself."

Striker:"Hang on! What about me? Am I not your greatest enemy?"

Stalker:"Yes, you where....before we met the Road Rovers. Now Hunter
         and Rabid are my greatest enemies."

He turns to Hunter while Black, Prowler and Phoenix look on.

Stalker:"Ungard!"

Stalker takes a swipe at Hunter but jumps out of the way. Hunter then
brings down the sword but Stalker blocks it with one of the blades.
He uses the other blade to attack, he manages to cut Hunter's leg. 
Hunter screams in pain and falls to the floor.

Colleen:"HUNTIE!!!"

She runs over to him and takes his head in her hands. She looks at
him.

Colleen:"Oh Huntie! Are you okay?"

Hunter:"No, I'm not okay. My leg has just been cut open."

Stalker:"And you call yourself a leader. Ha!"

He picks the sword up and throws it back at the Lambda Trooper who
catches it. A medic runs over to Hunter and heals his wound. Black
walks up to Stalker.

Black:"What will we do with them?"

Stalker:"We will execute them. But first we must have a look at 
         this Cano-mutator. Take Parvo and Groomer to the research
         wing and the rest of the prisoners to the detention center."

Black:"Yes, sir."

Black signals some troopers and they take Parvo and Groomer out of 
the room. Yet another group drags the Rovers to the detention center.
Prowler looks at Phoenix.

Prowler:"Hey, sexy. How about a little slap and tickle?"

Phoenix smiles.

Phoenix:"Sure."

Prowler and Phoenix walk out of the room. Stalker and Black watch
them go.

Black:"The Rovers were right, sir. He really has one thing on his 
       mind, and that is girls." 

Stalker:"You're right, General Black, but the Rovers were also wrong 
         about him. If you give him what he wants, he will carry out
         his orders perfectly." 
 
Black:"That's ten four, sir. He's advanced through the ranks rather
       quickly. From First Sergeant in June to Colonel today." 

Stalker:"And if he also performs the orders I have ready for him 
         successfully he will become General of his own Squadron."

Black:"Of which Squadron might that be?"

Stalker:"He can choose. Beta, Upsilon, Theta, Lambda. It is all up
         to him to decide."

Black:"And what are these orders he has to carry out?"

There is a moment of silence as the room is lit up by lightning.

Stalker:"Total annihilation."

Black looks confused at Stalker, but quickly realises what he means.
Stalker and Black laugh evily.

Prowler's Quarters, 12:23 PM:
 
This is standard room: bed, desk, ect. On the walls are pictures of
the most beautiful Cano-sapien girls on Earth (except Dixie). Prowler
and Phoenix come into the room and Prowler closes the door. Phoenix 
goes over to the desk and leans against it facing Prowler. She strikes
a very sexy pose.

Phoenix:"Are you ready, tiger?"

Prowler smiles.

Prowler:"Ready for what?"

Phoenix lets the bikini top fall to the floor. Prowler's eyes widen
like saucers.

Phoenix:"Like what you see?"

Prowler:"Very."

While Prowler stares Phoenix takes a tranquiliser gun out the desk
drawer and aims it at Prowler. Before Prowler can react she fires a
dart into his neck. He quickly falls to the floor, unconcious.

Phoenix:"Sweet dreams."

She looks at the closet and then at her clothes.

Phoenix:"Now to get out of this stupid outfit."

She opens the closet and changes. She now wears denim jeans, white tank
top, brown jacket and leather boots. She looks herself over.

Phoenix:"Much better. Much, much better."

She then digs around in the drawers and takes out a Hand Laser as well
as a radio. She activates it.

Phoenix:"Phoenix to Tan. Phoenix to Tan. Can you hear me?"

Tan:"Yes, I can. What is your status?"

Phoenix:"I've managed to get Prowler to sleep. The Rovers are being held
         in the detention center while Stalker is busy checking on that
         cano-mutator."

Tan:"Good. Carry out your orders. When you get to the detention center
     call me and I'll deactivate the Constrictor Collars." 

Phoenix:"Okay. Phoenix out."

She turns the radio off and puts it away. She then goes to a grate and
holds her hands to it. They begin to glow red and the grate begin to 
melt away. When it completely melted Phoenix's hands stop glowing.

Announcer:"Attention. Colonel Prowler report to research wing."
 
Phoenix climbs into the vent and disappears into the shadows.

Elexis' Room, 12:30 PM:

Elexis is lying on her, staring at the ceiling. Suddenly the ventalation 
grate begins to melt.

Elexis:"What the...?"

She gets up and walks up to the grate, now completely melted. Phoenix 
appears from the shadows.

Elexis:"Phoenix? What's going on?"

Phoenix:"No time to explain. We have to get to the detention center.
         Follow me."

Elexis:"You sure?"

Phoenix:"Sure I'm sure. Come on."

Elexis climbs into the vent. Both she and Phoenix disappear into the
shadows.

Announcer:"Attention. Colonel Prowler please report to research wing
           immediately."

Research Wing, at that moment:

It is a high tech lab with the Cano-mutator in the centre of the room.
Parvo, Groomer and Dalmat are being escorted out of the wing. Stalker
and Black watch them go. Black looks at Stalker.

Black:"That little demonstration went well, sir."

Stalker:"I agree with you, General. Dalmat was a good test subject."

Stalker looks at the door.

Stalker:"But where is Prowler? He should have been here by now."

Black:"Should go have a look, sir?"

Stalker:"Good idea, General. See what is keeping him up."

Black:"Yes, sir."

Black leaves the room.

Detention Center, 12:40 PM: 

Parvo, Groomer and Dalmat are placed within the same cell as the Rovers.
There are troopers guarding the cells. Parvo sits down.

Parvo:"Perfect. Now I'm again forced to be in the same shoes as the
       Rovers. It sucks."

Blitz:"Tell me about it."

Dylan looks at Jacob.

Dylan:"Worse yet I have to be in here with you."

Jacob:"Hey! I didn't ask to be in here with you, brother."

Suddenly Zudnick's ears twitch and he looks at the grate. Phoenix is
holding her finger to her mouth. Zudnick does not say anything. In 
the vent Phoenix calls Tan.

Phoenix:"Hello, Tan? Phoenix here. We are in the detention center."

Tan:"Right. Hang on for a few moments."

The radio goes dead. Then a few moments later the siren goes off in
the entire ship.

Announcer:"Warning. Incoming hostile military force. All personnel to
           battle stations."

The troopers in the detention center leave in a great haste. Phoenix
melts the grate. Both she and Elexis climb out into the cell to the
suprise of the prisoners.

Striker:"Phoenix, you are a sight for sore eyes."

Illanov:"Dah! We are glad to see you."

Phoenix:"Thank you."

Tan's voice crackles over the radio.

Tan:"Hang on while I deactivate your collars."

The collars' lights that indicate it is on goes dead. Everyone takes
his or her collar off.

Parvo:"Finally. I hate these collars!"

Cobber:"That makes two of us."

Hunter:"Tan. How did you know we were here?"

Tan:"Phoenix told me. She and I have been working together for a very
     long while."

Striker:"What is going on? Why the siren?"

Tan:"I've created a diversion: hundreds of holographic MIG's are going
     to make mock attacks on the Alexander. All the troopers are getting 
     ready for battle, allowing you to get off the ship. Though I don't 
     know how long will it take before they realise it is a bluff."

Elexis:"So we had better leave, and fast."

Jacob:"Hang on! How are we going to past any trooper without our weapons?"

Tan:"The armory is not far off. I'll guide you there."

Hunter:"So let's roll!"

Cobber uses his psionic power through his scar to activate the cells control
panel on the opposite side of the room. He pushes the buttons and opens the
cell. Everyone then run out of the cell and the detention center.

Prowler's Quarters, 12:45 PM:

Black comes into the room and sees Prowler starting to wake up. He runs 
over to him and helps him up.

Black:"What happened, Colonel?"

Prowler:"It's Phoenix! She's betrayed us! Look!"

Prowler points at the melted grate. Black gaps.

Black:"By Jupiter! She will let the Rovers go! We must alert the Supreme
       General!"

Prowler and Black run out of the room.

Ship's Bridge, 12:47 PM:

This is very high tech, with numorous screens and control panels. It is
in battle mode. Stalker is seated in his command throne issuing orders
to the ship's captain.

Stalker:"What is the status of the enemy?"

Captain:"We have identified them as MIG-26 aircraft. Shall we open fire
         when they get into range, sir?"

Stalker:"Yes. Though I wonder about the true nature of these attackers,
         but for now all batteries are cleared to open fire."

Captain:"Yes, sir!"

The captain relays the order to all the battle stations. Outside the
swarm close on the ship and open fire with machine guns. The missile
and laser batteries return fire, but their shots do nothing to the
holograms. Stalker looks at them in surprise.

Stalker:"If I am not mistaken those are not real aircraft. 

Black and Prowler run into the bridge up to Stalker. They are both
out of breath.

Stalker:"Taking from the fact that you ran in here at that speed
         suggests that there is something wrong."
 
Black:"Indeed there is, sir! Tell him, Colonel!"

Prowler:"Phoenix has turned against us! She knocked me out and then
         escaped through the vent!"

Stalker:"Are you sure?"

Announcer:"Warning. Unauthorized personnel detected in Armory."

Black:"The Road Rovers are free!"

Stalker turns to the captain.

Stalker:"Take us off full alert and inform all squads to search and
         capture or destroy the escaped prisoners!"

Captain:"Yes, sir!"

The captain relays the order.

Announcer:"Attention. All personnel search and capture or destroy
           prisoners." 

Stalker turns to Black and Prowler.

Stalker:"Let us go after them! Arm yourselves!"

Black, Prowler:"Yes, sir!"

Stalker readies his Zinca Chaingun, Black his Concoss Flame Thrower,
and Prowler borrows a guard's Gauss Rifle. They leave the bridge.

Hallways:

The Rovers continue down the hallway, now fully armed. At the end of
the hallway appears some troopers. Illanov activates his EMP jammer
and all the weapons are disabled. Blitz teases the Troopers.

Blitz:"Ha! Ha! Now your weapons are useless!"

Trooper:"Not really. There is more than one way to use a rifle."

The troopers ready their guns as clubs and rush towards the Rovers.
Cobber runs to them with his sword ready and begin to fight them.
The troopers' rifles are all cut in half by Cobber's sword and his
swordsmanship. Cobber smiles smugly at them.

Cobber:"Now you are all no-hopers."

Suddenly the mob start raining down punches on Cobber. Parvo, Curse,
Jacob, Fluffy and Dalmat rush up and begin to punch the troopers.
When the fight is over the troopers are lying on the floor. Cobber
looks at them.

Cobber:"Thank you....I think."

The others run up to them.

Dylan:"Well, Jacob. Seems like you're not so bad after all."

Jacob:"You think we have a choice?"

Dylan:"Huh?"

Parvo:"He's right, Rover. We only help you because I need you to get
       out of here."

Some Lambda Troopers appear behind them. Zudnick detects them and turns
to face them. The troopers have their guns on the Rovers.

Trooper:"Drop your weapons! Now!"

The others also turn around. Suddenly a metal door comes between them.
On the other side voices can be heard.

Trooper:"Go around the other way!"

Hunter turns to the Rovers.

Hunter:"Let's keep moving!"

The continue down the hallway.

Research Wing:

Everything is still as it was. From behind the door comes the sound of
Colleen's voice.

Colleen:"Vangelis!"

Colleen kicks the door open and the Rovers rush into the room. Hunter
points at the Cano-mutator.

Hunter:"We'd better destroy that thing before the KH Military can use 
        it."

Parvo gets in Hunter's face.

Parvo:"Don't you dare! I will not have my Mutator destroyed!"

Phoenix:"Really?"

Phoenix steps up and creates two fireballs in her hands. She throws
them at the Mutator. The blast destroys the machine and Parvo screams.

Parvo:"NOOOOOOO..."

Elexis injects a serum into him and he falls to the ground, out cold.
Groomer kneels next to him and looks at Elexis.

Groomer:"What have you done to my General?!"

Elexis:"I've put him to sleep. He was becoming jumpy."

Curse:"Excuse me, but we better move! Those troopers are on their
       way!"

Hunter:"He's right! Let's keep moving!"

Fluffy and Dalmat pick Parvo up and follow the Rovers out of the wing.
Striker looks at Phoenix.

Striker:"Nice work."

Phoenix:"Thank you, honey."

Striker:"Don't call me that."

They continue towards the hangar.

Hangar: 

It is a large open area with KH aircraft, among them the Rover vehicles,
being held above a huge floor door by giant claws. The place has some
troopers. At one entrance Dylan and Jacob appear. They make faces.

Dylan, Jacob:"Catch us if you can!!!"

Some troopers go for them. Both Dylan and Jacob run off, the troopers
not far behind. Next some "hi-ya's" can be heard as well as punches.
Exile then appears and quickly freezes the remaining guards. Everyone
then runs into the hangar and up to the vehicles. 

Voice (from behind):"And just where do you think you're going?"

Everyone turns around. Standing in the doorway is Black and Prowler.

Prowler:"Thought you could just run away without saying goodbye?"

Illanov leans over to Hunter.

Illanov:"Comrade, I think THAT time has come."

Hunter:"You're right, Illanov. Muzzle!"

Everyone looks around, but Muzzle is nowhere to be seen.

Exile:"Where is our crazed comrade?"

Black:"I don't know. All I do know is that you are all about to be
       Kentucy Fried Rov...."  

Suddenly Black screams in pain as Blitz gets a bite on his tail.
Prowler quickly looks at him, then back into the fist of Zudnick.
He falls to the floor. Black shakes Blitz off but is quickly given
a Siberian Deep Freeze curtosy of Exile. Hunter turns to the other
Rovers. 

Hunter:"Everyone into the vehicles!"

He begins to run, but Colleen stops him.

Colleen:"Where are you going, Huntie?"

Hunter:"I have to find Muzzle."

Striker:"You're mad! They will slaughter you!"

Cobber:"He's right, mate. That place is now packed with KH troopers
        who'd love to end your life!" 

Hunter:"You're forgetting that I'm super fast, loyal and lucky."

He runs off super fast out of the hangar. The others watch him go.

Curse:"He's a dead dog."

Rune:"No kidding."

Everyone climbs into the vehicles. Phoenix climbs in the Rhino.

Detention Center:

Muzzle's cart has fallen backwards and thus cannot get back up. He 
is whining helplessly. Hunter runs into room.

Hunter:"Muzzle!"

Muzzle becomes happy at the sight of Hunter. Hunter goes to cart
and helps it through the bars.

Voice:"Nice effort."

Hunter and Muzzle look towards another doorway. Standing there is
General Stalker. He has his Zinca Chaingun aimed at them.

Stalker:"This time you will perish."

Hunter looks sly at Muzzle, who realises what he must do. Hunter
looks at Stalker and puts his hand on Muzzle's muzzle.

Hunter:"I think you may need to check your medical insurance."

He removes the muzzle.

Hunter:"Muzzle him!"

Muzzle jumps out of his cart and towards Stalker. However, just
before he gets his jaws on him Stalker punches Muzzle really
hard back into a wall. Hunter runs up to him.

Hunter:"THIS never happened before."

Stalker:"Nothing will prevent me from killing you, Hunter."

Hunter quickly grabs Muzzle and runs off just as Stalker opens
fire on him. Stalker then runs after him just as fast as he is.
Hunter runs faster trying to loose Stalker, but he remains
right behind them, firing at them. A laser scratches Hunter's
arm. He screams in pain but continues onward. Suddenly a door
closes between him and Stalker. A very loud thud can be heard
as well as Stalker's voice.

Stalker:"What the? How did this happen?"

Hunter runs onward, dodging troopers to come to the hangar. Tan had 
opened the hangar doors. Hunter and Muzzle get into the Sonic Rover. 
The giant claws then lower the Rover vehicles into the open air and 
releases them. The engines are started and they quickly fly away from
the Alexander, which soon disappears from view. In the Sonic Rover
Colleen checks up on Hunter and Muzzle.

Colleen:"You're both in bad shape. You need to relax for a few days"

Hunter looks at Colleen.

Hunter:"Can I rely on you help give me relaxation, doc?"

Colleen smiles.

Colleen:"Sure."

They fly onward to Cape Town to collect the rest of Parvo's gang.

Briefing Room, Mission Control, 7:01 PM:

The Rovers are gathered before the Master.

Master:"You did great, Rovers. You good, good dogs."

He then turns to Phoenix.

Master:"We are very grateful for helping the Rovers escape that
        trap, Phoenix." 

Phoenix:"Well, I've been in their grasp too long."

Master:"But I do not know where you will fit in."

Striker walks up.

Striker:"If that is so, can I sign her on as an EDF agent?"

Master:"Be my guest."

Phoenix looks at Striker.

Phoenix:"The EDF? You mean it?"

Striker:"Ja, I do."

Phoenix hugs Striker. He looks at her, somewhat surprised.

Rune:"Though the Eliminator's goons did get away."

Master:"Not really. Their plane was forced to land by the South
        African Air Force and they were arrested thanks to Tan."

The Master then looks at Striker.

Master:"Sorry to hear about your past. We never knew..."

Striker:"That is just fine. It was bound to surface sooner or later
         so I guess it for the best."
 
Colleen:"Now that we know General Stalker is the leader of the KH
         Military we should now worry what he is going to do next."

Blitz:"With me and my marvellous muscles around he'll soon be running
       like a little girlie wolfie. Yah." 

Exile, Zudnick, Illanov:"Don't be a Weird Boy."

Hunter:"The Master is right, guys. We are not quite sure what cards
        Stalker might still have up his sleeves. So we'd better be
        on our guard."

Sure enough...

War Room, KHA Alexander, at that moment:

This is the world's most high tech war room. Prowler is standing before
Stalker.

Prowler:"Sorry that I couldn't stop the Rovers from escaping."

Stalker:"Do not worry, Colonel. For I have a very important operation 
         for you to carry out."

He hands Prowler a folder. He opens it and begins to read. He grins.

Prowler:"Yeah. Oh yeah. I will LOVE this one, sir."

Stalker grins.

Stalker:"I know you will."

Prowler laughs wickedly. Now that the leader of the KH Military is 
known to the Road Rovers what will Stalker do next? What is this 
important operation that Prowler has to perform? What will it mean
to the Road Rovers?
