Background: Formerly a human called Gerard Vorster, Striker was exiled from his country following the massacre of his family and friends by the KH Military. He went to work for the Earth Defense Force and battled the might of the KH Military, stopping them from destroying the world twice. After the KH Military vanished he was captured by a group of farmers who made him a slave. Years later the KH Military returned, captured him and sent him to Alcatraz, where he was rescued by the Road Rovers. After the events in "The Iron Fist" Striker became the leader of unit STRIKE. He fell in love and eventually asked Phoenix to be his wife.
Physical: He stands at 5 foot 9 and has light orange
fur with a white patch on his face that runs down his chest.
Despite being a Road Rover he wears his old EDF uniform: black
military boots, navy blue pants, shirt and overcoat. On the
overcoat pocket the EDF insignia has been replaced by the unit
STRIKE insignia. He wears a golden heart-shaped locket around his neck that has
a photo of Phoenix in and a gold wedding ring on his right paw.
Demeanor: He keeps mainly to himself, but is willing to help most of the time. Friendly, but reluctant to make new friends. He doesn't force people to reveal their secrets. When a situation arises he becomes serious and strict, especially when it comes to the KH Military. He cares a lot about Phoenix.
Special abilities: He has excellent marksmanship and an expert on military weapons. He also knows the secrets of the Pentagon and the United Nations.

Background: A pup separated from her parents and captured by the KH Military to be used as an experimental guinea-pig and later a reward for Prowler, Phoenix has had a unhappy life. The experiments left her with a deep hatred for the KH Military as well has having a super power known only to herself. When the Rovers were held onboard the KH flagship Alexander, she helped them escape. Striker later signed her on as an EDF agent and later as a full member of unit STRIKE. After two years of being together she was asked to marry by Striker. Shortly before their wedding she was finally reunited with her parents: her father Aydrian and her mother Elissia.
Physical: She stands at 5 foot 6, has orange-red fur and brown
eyes. She has long hair that reaches half-way down her back and a short and
fluffy tail that curls inward. She wears denim jeans, white tank-top,
brown jacket and leather boots. On the belt is the unit STRIKE insignia. She
wears a golden heart-shaped locket around her neck that has a photo of Striker
in and a gold wedding ring on her right paw.
Demeanor: She is a quiet and shy female, but wanting to make new friends all the time. She cares for all around her, but has something past that for Striker.
Special Abilities: She can create fireballs in her hands and throw it at her targets. Her real ability is that, when one her friends or loved ones (in particular Striker) is in severe danger, she can transform herself into the giant firebird: the phoenix, which the ability to use the element of fire to both protect and attack.

Name: Alexander Dimitrovich Illanov

Background: Born in Siberia, Illanov only had his father after his mother died giving birth to him. As his father was a member of the Soviet Military, he went along wherever his father went. One day he and his father were part of a nuclear convoy that was ambushed by the KH Military. In the attack his father was killed, but Illanov survived. He swore revenge, and sold Soviet weapons to gain this goal. This lead him to stock weapons for Francisco Ortega in Colombia. When the Rovers captured him he joined their side but during a fight with one of Ortega's men he was changed into a Cano-sapien by the Transdogmafier. He then became a member of unit STRIKE after "The Iron Fist".
Physical: He stands at 6 foot 1 and has mostly brown fur with
a cream-like colored streak running from his face to the tip of
his tail and a brown muzzle and ears. He wears a Russian
General's uniform, only the soviet stars has been replaced by
unit STRIKE insignias.
Demeanor: Friendly, willing to help and very likeable. Respects his friends and foes. He is in constant argument with Corsair (professional Cold War rivalry). Although he has prefect English grammar, he still prefers "comrade" over "friend".
Special Abilities: Has the ability to cloak for a few minutes.

Background: A high-school student and hacker who got funds, infrastructure and contracts for the forces of the GONV in exchange for the best computer equipment currently available. When he discovered for who he is really working for the GONV had his family killed. He helped unit STRIKE rescue Illanov and Alethia from the GONV on Hawaii and later joined unit STRIKE.
Physical: He stands at 5 foot 4, has black hair and
brown eyes. He wears sneakers, denim jeans, blue long-sleeved
shirt, wrist-watch on his left arm and a brown backpack in which
he carries his laptop computer and other equipment. He also wears
the unit STRIKE insignia on his shirt. Looks like Matthew
Broderick.
Demeanor: Very open, talkative, sarcastic and loves anything that has to do with computers. He is in constant argument with Illanov (professional Cold War rivalry). He can sometimes become too clever for his own shoes.
Special Abilities: Skilled computer hacker, programmer and technical genius.

Background: Shephard was born in a lower-class family who lived in a trailer park in Arizona. His mother died when he was two, and his father became an alcoholic after her death. During this time Shephard's father got involved with a violent biker who's job was to murder, extort and rob small towns across the Western United States. When Shephard become 8 he was forced into the gang and help them do their unlawful deeds. After five years, Shephard ran away and went to stay with a family who's father was an army General. He took Andrew under his wing and brought him up in a military environment. After he became 18 Andrew joined the USAF(United States Armed Forces) and worked his way to Sergeant. He later became assigned to unit STRIKE by Major Cadwell to keep contact with the USAF around the world and to provide assistance to the unit. He never told them about his past.
Physical: He stands at 6 feet, has black hair and
green eyes. He wears a standard US Military uniform: soldier's
gloves, helmet, gasmask, PCV (Powered Combat Vest), military
boots, backpack, camo-pants and rolled up camo-shirt. He
sometimes also carries extra M-249 ammo on him.
Demeanor: Blunt, serious and militaristic in battle and loyal to follow orders. A good friend when not. Has a big heart, but a bigger appetite. In battle he can become very dangerous to the enemy and trigger-happy. Fears nothing, except the Rovers finding out about his past. He is often annoyed by Merit's unusual manner and dialogue.

Background: Merit started as a GONV utility drone (the forerunner for the maintenance drone) and served the GONV Forces for some months. When maintenance drones were built Merit and other utility drones were gradually deactivated. When the Road Rovers assaulted the GONV stronghold in the final days of the Techno War, Merit was reactivated by Johnny Five (from "Short Circuit") and became a loyal servant to the Rovers, helping them defeat the GONV Computer. Merit has since then been assigned to unit STRIKE.
Physical: Humanoid-shaped robot of 5 feet with three-pronged hands, a camera for a head, the faded letters GONV on the chest, humanoid feet and a utility box hatch on the chest. The lens of his camera is light blue.
Demeanor: Very formal and honest. Does not know the difference between good and evil. Treats the Rovers as robots, but is slowly learning more about human and sapien behaviour and personalities. A workaholic who never passes up the opportunity to perform the tasks he was programmed for. He also tends to make corrections of other people's mistakes, however minute it may be, and sometimes provides information to a subject that is informative but often useless.
Special Abilities: Repairs, maintenance, and up keeping. Can access systems with the aid of Corsair's laptop. Has a utility system that is housed in his chest that carries numerous state-of-the-art tools.

He had fallen in love with Elexis, but this has been kept secret and because of his higher rank he was able to prevent Wolfeye from telling this to his superiors. He later betrayed the KH Military and joined the Road Rovers. He married Elexis after defeating General Stalker and formed with her a husband-wife duet.

Demeanor: Very sociable but can be authorative and stern when needed. A good leader and a loyal husband. He is always ready to provide advice and assistance to his team mates.

She defected to the Road Rovers when she was helping Tesla and Matthew Slyness transport warheads in Australia. She later married Tanarus and formed with him a husband-wife duet.
Physical: She stands at 5 foot 7, has grey fur with a white streak that runs from her face to the tip of her tail and deep blue eyes. She wears a Road Rover uniform. She also wears on her left arm a KH medical unit and an engagement ring on her left paw.
Demeanor: Caring and kind. Always wanting to help others and provide assistance, either in the form of medical aid or advice. A loyal wife.

Background: Jock was born in a kennel at a laboratory owned by EuroCorp. Separated at a young age from his parents, he was one of the first canines to be used in an experiment to transform dogs into cano-sapiens by the giant European conglomerate. Following successful transformation, Jock was to be sent to a EuroCorp branch in South Africa. Due to an accident while being transported after arriving in South Africa, Jock was able to escape and head for safety. Making a small life as a wandered and cheap laborer, Jock soon found himself caught in the anti-mutant policies of Adriaan Vorster. He was among the first to be arrested and held at a concentration camp. Later, Vorster took him in as a cheap slave laborer on his ranch outside of Mafikeng. There he has been working for the Vorsters. Though badly treated by bodyguards and other workers, Adriaan's wife Mariaan had been taking good care of him. After he was rescued, he married his fellow captive Kya and have a son called Jya.
Physical: He stands at 6 feet 8, has mostly brown fur and white fur running from his muzzle down his chest and belly to the tip of his tail. Slight cut in right ear due to experiments (see above) and has brown eyes. Very muscular. Wears denim jeans torn at knee-height.
Demeanor: Reserved and keeps to himself. Obeys orders without protest and willing to help others along. Strong willed and determined.
Special Abilities: Relies on his strength and agility to survive. Hard-working.

Background: Chosen as the best pick of a litter, Tybalt was raised on a farm in the central United States and lived along with his master and his family. When not helping on the farm, Tybalt would often be taken into the nearby town to do amazing feats of aerobatic and athletic nature during fairs and other events. Eventually, he was choosen by the Master as a Road Rover, though he still lives with his human family on the farm.
Physical: He stands at 7 feet 1, has black fur and eyes and white shoulder-length hair. When on duty he wears the standard Road Rover armor and if off-duty he usually wears black boots, brown pants, green shirt and wristwatch.
Demeanor: He has a good-humored nature like Hunter and a romantic. He likes to fight, is dominant at times and very protective of those around him, especially his girlfriend Thunder.

Background: Bastiff was born on a corn farm in the Free State province of South Africa and brought up as a guard dog. He became attached to his master and those who worked and lived the farms. Following 1997 when criminal activities in the countryside increased, Bastiff proved his worth to both his owner and the Master by foiling and beating back many farm attackers and criminals. When his owner died and the farm went bankrupt, Bastiff was put into a pound and was to put to sleep when no one was to claim him. The Master intervened and summoned him to RRHQ to become an operative.
Physical: He stands at 5 foot 3, has a light brown/orange fur with black fur on the tip of his muzzle and brown eyes. While on duty he wears the Road Rover field uniform (black boots and gloves, green shirt and brown pants). Off-duty he wears a khaki buttoned shirt, khaki shorts and brown shoes with socks pulled half-way up his lower legs.
Demeanor: He is an open, loyal and playful companion to those whom he considers his friends and can concentrate well on the job, but he also has a short temper and can get very angered in the heat of battle. Blitz and people with similar personalities tend to get on his nerves. He has a great appetite.

Background: Born into the same litter as Jock, Tyrna was experimented upon by the European Corporation's scientists and transformed into a cano-sapien. Due to an attack by right-wing environmentalists and the looming Techno War, Tyrna was loaded onto a plane to be taken to another lab. However, the plane was shot down by the GONV. Tyrna escaped and joined the Polish Armed Forces to learn how to defend herself. During that time she helped to fight the GONV Forces in Poland. Following the end of the war, Tyrna got in trouble with EuroCorp in Paris, but managed to meet the Road Rovers. She has since then joined them, allowing her to escape from the clutches of EuroCorp for good.
Physical: She stands at 5 foot 7, has sky-blue eyes and husky marks of white and grey/blue fur. She has long brown hair coming halfway down her back. She wears a green beret, green shirt and shorts and brown combat boots.
Demeanor: She is loyal, dedicated and protective of their friends. Her training in the Polish army had taught her to be disciplined and well-manner, as well tough and independent. She a deep-seeded hatred of EuroCorp, most notably the vice-president Johnston.
Special Abilities: She has the ability to shape shift into several forms, most notably that of a large, powerful humanoid tiger.

Background: Aydrian was born in the rural areas of northern India, where he was the pet of a local laborer. He was allowed to roam the streets of the village he lived in and this brought him to meet with Elissia. The two of them became good friends, then later mates. During one of their more private meetings they were kidnapped by the KH Military (then under the control of General Franco) and taken to a research facility in the southern Soviet Union. There both he and Elissia were changed into cano-sapiens by KH Military scientists. During that time Elissia gave birth to a female pup, who was Phoenix. But the constant abuse from Elite Guard soldiers eventually forced Aydrian and Elissia to help the other prisoners band together and lead a rebellion out of the facility. The KH Military pursued the rebellion, but was driven off thanks to help from the Earth Defense Force. Unfortunately, Aydrian's daughter was lost to the KH Military, though both he and Elissia thought her dead. They went with the other rebels to the United States, but were later forced back to India where they set up a new home in Shangri-La. When the Mayhem Mercenaries attacked the city, Aydrian and Elissia were among those who lead the resistance. When they were finally rescued by Unit STRIKE and the Road Rovers, Aydrian was reunited with his lost daughter, Phoenix.
Physical: He stands at 6 foot 3, has blue eyes and orange/red fur.

Demeanor: He is a strict individual who believes in order and authority. He is very loving and loyal to his mate Elissia, his daughter Phoenix and his new son-in-law, Striker. He tries to keep on good terms with the others, though he is careful of trusting anybody. He can be friendly, but tends to hold grudges against those who try harm his family, such as the KH Military and other enemy factions. Always will to dispense with words of wisdom and advice.

Demeanor: She is kind and friendly, and sometimes tends to be a little motherly of others, especially Striker and Phoenix. He is very earthly and can tend to speak bluntly about some issues. She loves her family and enjoys cooking and hunting with her husband and daughter. She had a deep-rooted at the KH Military, though it has lessened somewhat after the reunion with her daughter.
Special Abilities: She can use her paws to heal heal many external injuries and some internal ones to some extent.

Background: Collin is the pet of a London professor who sometimes worked at Oxford University. There Collin developed his interest in science and learning. When he grew older Collin would sometimes go out into the streets of London to explore. There he met and befriended Colleen, who would sometimes go with him on his exploration expeditions and not a few times save him from trouble. When Colleen became a Road Rover, she told the Master about Collin. Later on Collin was chosen and was recruited to work as a scientist and inventor for the Road Rovers, assigned to specifically support Unit STRIKE.
Physical: Looking like the male version of Colleen, he stands at 6 foot 1, has mostly brown fur with white fur running from his face down his neck and scruff to between his legs. He also has white fur on his paws and hind paws and the tip of his tail. He has a mane of fur over his shoulders. While at work he wears a while lab coat over a blue shirt, brown pants and shoes. While out in the field he wears the standard green and brown Road Rover uniform under his coat. Otherwise he dresses casually.
Demeanor: He is a very curious and inquisitive. He also loves to invent and learn new things. He is friendly, but generally prefers to be left alone when working in the laboratory unless there are other scientists with him. When speaking he sometimes tends to fall into using techno babble and jargon.
Special Abilities: He is a very quick learner and intelligent. He is also able to spawn four tentacle-like appendages that he can use for various purposes.
Weapon of Choice: .357 Magnum
Side: Unit STRIKE specifically, and Road Rovers in general.
Other: Whenever not on mission or at work, Collin tends to travel around the to attend science symposiums and go on scientific exploration expeditions. Other times he spends with his master. He is a good friend of Colleen.
