Background: Ozari is a mugger who roamed the streets of the Romanian cities and towns, mugging people for money. He met Striker in a ruined factory during the Techno War, fought him and lost. Having been beaten, he has been chasing Striker in order to get even with him for two reasons: 1. he doesn't like anyone beating him and 2. he hates it when someone calls him Ozzy. He is always ready to attack with a knife, sometimes at unexpected moments.
Physical: He stands at 6 feet, has black hair, a goatee, thin moustache and green eyes. He wears a black, long-sleeved shirt, a red bandanna around his head, black pants and boots. He has a knife holster attached to his hip and is somewhat muscular. Looks like Kevin J. O'Connor
Demeanor: Sly, sneaky and an expert talker. He never gives up and can get dangerous when angered. This is true when Striker and the others call him Ozzy (which angers him more than anything else). Works alone.

Background: Rembrandt was born in southern France and went to Oxford University to study economics. He then returned to France and co-founded SKY, which specialized in consumer goods. SKY was then merged along with other European companies to form EuroCorp (European Corporation) as part of the EU's plan for a united Europe. Rembrandt, thanks to his great financial skills, became the CEO of EuroCorp. Soon EuroCorp, which was mainly French-controlled, began trading internationally. Rembrandt wasn't satisfied, and soon EuroCorp began to trade legally and illegally. Today, EuroCorp is the second largest company in the world, following Malcolm Industries, it's greatest competitor.
Physical: He stands at 6 foot 8. He has black hair, green eyes and is very handsome. He usually wears a black suit with matching shoes and a red tie. Looks like Rupert Everett.
Demeanor: Suave, civilized, gallant and rational most of the time. He can become cold and heartless when needed, especially when defending EuroCorp interests.

Background: Born in Nottingham, England, Johnston was one of the first people hired after the creation of EuroCorp. Despite his handicap (see below) he worked his way up to become Vice-president of EuroCorp.
Physical: He stands at 5 feet 3, has brown hair with a hit of grey and brown eyes. He usually wears a brown business suit with black shoes and red tie. Looks like Felton Perry.
Demeanor: He is serious about his work and tries his best to keep EuroCorp interests high. He is also trying to end the domination of the French over EuroCorp, but without much success.
Special Abilities: Negotiating and coming up with brilliant ideas.

Name: Adriaan Vorster

Background: Born into the Vorster family a few years before Gerard Vorster (Striker), Adriaan was one of three brothers in the family (the third being Peter). At an early age he has groomed in the skills of finance, as well as in the wrongs of the then apartheid government. When Gerard was born, the two of them formed a close friendship. However, at a point there was a great argument over a girl named Mariaan Lambrecht, which ended their friendship. Adriaan left to study at Stellenbosch for a financial degree. This spared him the fate of the Vorsters, who were all massacred save for Gerard. Following the massacre, Adriaan become convinced of Striker being behind Gerard's disappearance. In the years following the killing, he joined the ANC and worked his way up to eventually become Minister of Finance. He also married Mariaan and had two children, son Jaco and daughter Karen. He had never forgotten the reports of Striker's involvement, however, and began to harbour a hatred for all non-human humanoids. When he came in government, he slowly began to turn the attitudes of the ruling ANC party as well as many ordinary South Africans against what he called "mutants", helping form a small group of anti-mutant government officials and ministers who helped him push through highly discriminate laws. Following the assassination of large portion of the government by a radical sapien group, Vorster was appointed as caretaker president until new elections are to be held.
Physical: He is an Afrikaner who stands at 6 foot 9, well-groomed brown hair, clean-shaved face and brown eyes. He usually wears a brown suit with a red tie and brown shoes.
Demeanor: A very intelligent, friendly and honest but very stubborn person who is good with people. He is fully committed to helping his fellow South Africans, while at the same time having an obsession with stopped the "mutant threat". He has a deep hatred for Striker. He can take big decisions and is not afraid to speak out his mind on matters. He can sometimes take on a more darker demeanor, becoming cold-hearted, though is still able to control his temper (mostly).

Background: Thunder was once a canine who had been part of an experiment by the US Government (similar to the Perris Park Project) and turned into a cano-sapien. There he met Angel, with whom he fell in love and escaped from the base they were held. The two fled Alaska deep into Canada, where they went into hiding. The two were secretly married and later bore two pups. However, one night a GONV MKII mech stumbled upon their hideout and attacked them. Thunder and Angel grabbed their pups and try to run away, but the mech was close behind them. Thunder then tried to distract the mech to save his family, but he failed and the mech killed (?) his family. This caused him to change his demeanor and later he joined the Strayer program. When he was sent to Romania to aid the Grizzlies during the Techno War he betrayed them and has since then gone on his own.
Physical: He stands at 6 feet, has an eye patch over the one eye and his other eye is green. He has mainly black fur, but his arms and paws; the tip of his tail; the streak between his eyes; the area around his patched eye and his muzzle is white. He is wearing fingerless gloves, a vest, shorts and boots made of a strange rubbery/metallic material, all bearing the Strayer symbol.
Demeanor: He was once a warm, friendly and loving husband and father, but after his family was killed he became cold, ruthless and prone to anger easily. He hates the GONV in particular, but also for those in authority. He hates them because he thinks they did not help to save his family.
Special Abilities: Excellent biker and weapons handler. Also has Strayer training.

Sent to the most expensive French college, Grasson achieved high marks in economics, though there were rumors of him being involved in a gang of thugs that terrorized many of the lesser-off students. He went to work for a French bio-technology company, handling its finances as well as protection against lawsuits. When the company became part of the European Corporation, Grasson was tapped on the shoulder to become one of the leading executives in the global company.
Physical: He stands at 6 foot 1, has brown hair, brown eyes and wears a crisp-pressed blue business suit, white shirt, blue tie and black shoes. He carries a Glock 40 pistol in a holster hidden under his suit and regularly carries a briefcase with the EuroCorp insignia on it.
Demeanor: Grasson comes across as arrogant, tough, self-centered and boastful of his accomplishments, particularly when he is around his superiors or with the bodyguards he keeps. However, when stripped of his bodyguards or any form of protection, he becomes a coward interested only in his own self-preservation.
Special Abilities: Skilled at financial matters, negotiations and business. Knows all the rules of business and most of their loopholes.
