1. FRANCO:

Country of origin: Saudi Arabia

Background: Franco was chosen to succeed the first KH Supreme General, but very soon it became apparent that he was insane. He turned the KH Military in a group of merciless killers and enjoyed killing living creatures (including his own forces). As a result he became he became hated by everyone, including his own troops. He was the one responsible for the killing of the Voster family. He tried to destroy Earth twice, but both times failed. In his second attempt Franco was apparently killed by Striker. However, Franco managed to survive and escape the destruction of the Ion Cannon, but in the process he suffered serious injuries. Thanks to a combination of plastic surgery and later cybernetic implants, Franco was able to resume his role as leader of the Elite Guard. He lead his forces in hiding, biding his time until he is one day able to get back at his enemies.

Physical: He stands at 6 foot 5, has blood-red fur and eyes. He wears a green uniform with his medals and Elite Guard insignia on the chest and a long red cloak.

Demeanor: At first Franco was a bloodthirsty lunatic and genocidal madwolf. However, thanks to the bullet in his head Franco has become less insane and now resembles his more younger and brilliant version of himself and is more calculating, calm and brilliant thinker. However, he has not completely shrugged off his bouts of insanity or his bloody ruthlessness. He also has an obscene hatred for Striker.

Special Abilities: He is always ready to fight to the death and is a brilliant military leader, planner and fighter.

Weapon of Choice: Dragonball Launcher

Other: He commands the Elite Guard, the former commanding squadron of the KH Military. He also has a bullet fired from Striker's revolver lodged inside his brain, which sometimes causes him discomfort.

2. DIEHARD:

Name: Diehard

Age: 59

Gender: Male

Rank: General

Species: Wolf-sapien

Breed: Timber Wolf

Country of origin: Germany

Background: Diehard came from a genetics laboratory in Germany. Because of the experiments on him he has become one unique wolf, for his name came from the fact that nobody (not even Striker) have been able to kill him. He became the SIC of General Franco and lead the Elite Guard during Franco's reign of power. Diehard took control of the Elite Guard when Franco was injured in his Ion Cannon encounter with Striker and lead them into hiding. Since then, he has lead many Elite Guard missions under the radar of the international community.

Physical: He stands at 6 foot 5, has white fur, black muzzle, ears, hands, feet and red eyes. He wears an old commodore's uniform.

Demeanor: Militaristic, ruthless, merciless and a Franco fanatic.

Special Abilities: Almost impossible to kill. Combat expert.

3. CHAMPION:

Name: Champion

Age: 59

Gender: Male

Rank: Major

Species: Wolf-sapien

Breed: Werewolf

Country of origin: United States of America

Background: Champion was once a criminal called Garris "Champion" Falken before he was struck down by the curse of lycanthropy which turned him into a werewolf. One day while on the hunt for a female he stumbled upon a KH Military base and was captured. Rather that letting him be killed, Franco choose him to be his bodyguard. He served his master well and even today stands close to Franco, ready to defend the Elite Guard leader.

Physical: He is a large and muscular werewolf who stands at 7 foot 5, has dark green fur, black muzzle, hands and ears and red eyes. He is wearing black jeans, black boots, a black open vest which shows his very muscular and furry chest and a black bandanna around his forehead. On the jeans' belt is the KH Elite Guard insignia (a yellow triangle with a red line running around it and the silver star in the center).

Demeanor: Has the mental capacity of a criminal. He also has the tendency to be a sexist towards females and worse.

Special Abilities: Super strength and deadly fighter.

Weapon of Choice: Hunting knife and claws

4. SPECTRE:

Name: Spectre

Age: 41

Gender: Male

Rank: Master Secret Agent

Species: Wolf-sapien

Breed: Red Wolf

Country of origin: France

Background: Spectre was recruited as a member of the KH Military's Intel Section, but his shapeshifting powers soon made him the Master Secret Agent. He served the KH Military in helping steal information and kill important figures of power. He first met Striker during a mission in Venezuela and has confronted him many times during the Reich of Franco. Spectre chose to remain with the Elite Guard and has been working under cover in various espionage operations around the globe since then, recently resurfacing at the wedding of Striker and Phoenix.

Physical: He stands at 5 foot 9, with brown fur, light-brown fur around the face and muzzle and a white streak on the top of his muzzle. His wearing a brown suit with a red tie and black shoes.

Demeanor: He is a level-headed, suave and smooth-talking wolf who is not really interested in killing people. Though he supports the Elite Guard, he doesn't like Franco's ways and would readily defect to the KH Military. He enjoys spending time with the ladies.

Special Abilities: He is an expert assassin, spy and espionage agent, but his most powerful ability is that of shapeshifting.

Weapon of Choice: A glock and silencer made of gold.

Other: He is prone to sometimes speak French and he really hates Champion.

5. SENESCHAL:

Name: Seneschal

Age: 49

Gender: Male

Rank: General

Species: Wolf-sapien

Breed: Grey Wolf

Country of origin: Spain

Background: Seneschal was a low-ranking captain in the Elite Guard until the day the KH Military rebelled again the squadron. The sudden lack of good commanders was the chance for Seneschal to make his mark. Following a "contest" in which unit commanders were ordered to attack rebel groups in the Congo, Seneschal came out as the clear winner and favorite of General Franco. Since then he has consolidated his powers in the Elite Guard command hierarchy with his command prowess as well as his ruthlessness towards his enemies.

Physical: He stands a 5 foot 9 and has grey fur all over and blood-red eyes. He wears yellow chest Kevlar, bracers, shoulder and knee pads and black shirt, pants and boots. On his chest are several medals and the Elite Guard insignia as well as his general rankings.

Demeanor: A supremacist who tends to look down on others, especially those are outside the Elite Guard and those who cannot fight. He loves to inflict "punishments" on his enemies and sometimes tends to do tortures by himself. He can be very smug and tends to brag a great deal. He is jealous of Diehard and his position as Franco's second-in-command.

Special Abilities: Shooting accuracy and superior command abilities.

Weapon of Choice: MP3 Submachine Gun

Other: He has control over much of the Elite Guard forces, second only to General Diehard.
